Easiest setup I have found for an integrated chat system yet. Very pleased with it so far. Will upgrade to five stars once quick responses option is integrated into the app.

I have more guests on my Homepage who want to chat and i don't get any notification on my smartphone. Tested 3 phones and no one work. Changed to tawk App that's a lot better.

The set status offline button is not working. Even when set to turn off, once you rotate the phone or press the menu key on top left corner, it automatically turns itself to on again. Push notifications NOT working totally. No way getting alerts or to know customers contacting us and I missed a lot of messages from them. Please do something about it. Thanks!

It doesn't work! Sent two emails to support 2 weeks ago and still no response. No notification of messages so I'm losing customers. Looking for an alternative.

As I said before it needs the real time chat not just the email and message. But thank you for your time and offering advise.

Love the App but it can be more better with more options.

Went through thier entire troubleshooting process and talked to a support tech and the push notifications still don't work. They tried to blame it on my phone, but we tried a different device and having the same issue. They say they can no longer help me until the Android developers can look at it within the next 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I keep missing chats from my customers.

That could be nice if current status (offline/online) can be shown always as notification, Also can have turn off/on option in setting.

This app is working when it is running in background if you task kill your device and if it is not active on background the notification will not pop up, That is why I rated it Four star for now, But keep the good work and keep upgrading, 1 day it will be a most have plugin and app for all the web developers

Never connects on phone! Then you reinstall like they say, with an attitude, and where's the app??! Pathetic!

"The app won't open. It crashes everytime I attempt to open it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my device and it still doesn't work" This was my initial review of this app with a 1 start rating. In less than a day, I was contacted told to reinstall after an update, and voila. The support was amazing and it's been working great ever since.

Works well. Only problem I'm facing is when notifications come through there is no noise so I don't see them until I pick up my phone.

For over 2 weeks now, chats have refused to load after logging in. Initially I thought it was a one-off and would be resolved, but apparently, it appears the issue has come to stay and we just have to live with not being able to use the app.

The mobile version for this app sucks completely. Don't use Wix as an excuse, though their mobile designs suck big time as well. If I get a real customer wanting to chat with me then I'll change my rating

I need it for my business to get personal w my subscribers. I also have a live stream! This is the first step to an interactive web page

I gave it a 3 star before but the issue with the app has been fixed and chats loading. It's a 5star for me.

Logs in on 2 devices if you miss 1 you miss the message. Maybe just restrict to one device option.

What a pathetic app and service. Had several people connect via the live chat. Didn't see any notification. Only found out a week later when I checked as I got suspicious nothing was coming through. Now the app won't connect at all. Really terrible big of software. Deleted never use again!!

Doesn't work

Really easy to get working with my site using JavaScript and the mobile app is key to monitoring my customers.

When it works as intended it is cool. but I don't receive the notification of a new message for 20 or 30 minutes, by which time the visitor is already gone. When it works properly, it was great.

Great support and a fantastic app. A must have for any online support on your website.

Love this app. So far the best app I ever used.
