About Colossus II
Our developers deadlift. Dissatisfied with the weightlifting apps available at the store, they decided to write their own.
For the last two years, Colossus has been put through many bulk and cut cycles, growing its muscle, shedding its fat. The end result is a lean, mean machine with which to track progress and make better use of gym time.
The app’s database comes with a couple of session templates, an upper body and a lower body generic routine. The purpose is to give you an example of what Colossus can do for you, not to tell you what to do. It’s up to you to know what’s good for you. You can add as many templates and exercises as you wish. And you should. Identify your goals and pursue them.
Your bodyweight can also be stored and displayed on a chart along with four moving average trends. Our developers like “pretty” just fine, but Colossus contains no eyecandy. If you know what calorie surplus and deficit mean, then you know how useful this functionality is. The history of every exercise can also be plotted and its evolution tracked.
Colossus is completely free, no advertisements, no strings attached, no documentation, and no support.

A real gem. Perfect for shaky fingers after having pulled a heavy lift. Everything is as big as it can be fitted on the screen. I can spot the timer or the details of the set to be done without picking up the device. I've been using it for a few weeks now and am still discovering new features.
