Use this app almost every day, and it randomly decides my information isn't correct to log in, so I have to physically go to a branch and have them reset everything every time, and it never works the first time. I'm not a technological idiot, I have the username and password saved on my phone and it STILL tells me I'm wrong. And the process to get it fixed is never simple, and can never be done unless it's during "bankers hours"... Terrible customer service experience.

The app works great. It allows me to check balances, quickly and easily. I also LOVE that I can do mobile deposit. That is a HUGE win for me. The app can sometimes open a little slow for me, but I can still be fully logged in within 10 seconds of clicking the app. On my wishlist would be push notifications for any mobile alerts. I prefer to keep a tight rein on my accounts and knowing when an account gets debited or credited is crucial information.

I try to do a first time login and enter my user name then it asks to confirm my identity by asking a bunch of security questions in a row. I cant get past this! after a while the questions just started to repeat so I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same thing when I reinstalled the app. I would have loved to use this app to cover my banking needs

Transactions history doesn't always work . Takes days to update on balance and transaction history. Completely unreliable for people whom cannot get to the bank all the time to check balance. Was hoping this would help but hasnt.
