Ticklish Ribs & ‘Wiches started out in mid-2015 with a range of pork cooked in different styles & stuffed in sandwiches - the eatery has
since expanded its carb base; patrons can now choose to also partner their pork with fragrant steamed pork lard rice or
springy spaghetti.
Ticklish Ribs & ‘Wiches already has many porcine fans queuing up for a taste of their pride and joy ribs and sandwiches.
How Ticklish Ribs & ‘Wiches was borned?
From Malaysia to Indonesia, Japan to Thailand, Australia to America.
We've eaten at over 100 pork rib restaurants before deciding that our BBQ ribs are worth sharing with the world.
Here's an idea of what you can expect from our recipe. A Colonel once conquered the world with a single recipe of 11 herbs and spices.
Our recipe has 30. Combine that with an Asian cooking style and you'll know why our BBQ ribs are just bursting with flavours.
Sticky and crackly on the outside. Fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy on the inside.
We noticed that, for decades, lots of brands from all over the world are making a name for themselves here.
So we thought, 'We can create a brand locally that we can grow overseas too!'
And so Ticklish Ribs & 'Wiches was born.
