Terrible. Very buggy in every way. Payment integration does not work, checkout banner seems permanent if you happen to eventually get it to work, keeps freezing in all stages. Use browser instead!

Seemed like a great idea until I discovered that the only way to login is with Facebook. I would have loved to make use of this service, but will not be forced into signing up to a social network that I have no desire to use.

Excellent experience with this app. It does the selling for you.

At first i downloaded it there was a bug stopping me from uploading my ticket but the support and dev team worked quickly to fix it and update the app. Reinstalled the app and was able to upload my ticket without any issue. Great attitude and within 48hrs.

This app is a joke. Was looking for an eventticket and closely watched my mobile phone notifications the past 5 days. When I got a notification about a ticket being sold I immediately clicked on it just to find out that there were either no tickets selling or someone else was faster. This morning again. After getting a notification, I instantly clicked on it and even refreshed the page on my browser just to find out that there was nothing there. It always only popped up when the ticket was already sold. Sorry but this service is a joke

Used to work fine now I'm not getting any notifications for an event whilst my friends also on the app are receiving numerous possibilities to buy. Would really appreciate any help on this

Useful-ish 1. Rushing on the app to get the newly available tickets is so 2016: can't you make a bot buy it / auctions / premium? 2. When I click "see more tickets" I get redirected nowhere (to my home screen more precisely) Otherwise the service (it's the app that's rated here) is Great !

Got a notification about tix available - clicked it, selected the tix and proceed to checkout only to find out that cart is empty. Went a page back and the tix were already gone. Seems like a nasty bug :(

Never had any trouble with tickets I bought trough this platform, great customer service and easy to use.

The app keeps crashing when I try to access a ticket being sold... And whenever I refresh a page (doesn't matter where) it goes back to the ticket to which I last sent to through a notification. And that's just one of the many bugs there are, is there a way to get push messages in the browser? Like a interactive webapp or something?

Whenever a ticket notification comes in and I open the app, suddenly "my internet connection is down" pops up even though there is no issue with the connection. Makes it impossible to buy tickets. Also why do we need to log in again when we push to buy, it's an app, keep me logged in!

Utterly useless. You won't get a ticket to a popular event on this. Ticketswap NEEDS to introduce a first come first serve system, preferably with a prepay option to auto-buy the ticket. If they don't, someone else will and they will lose business.

Would be great if we got settings for the notifications, I'd like to get a sound notification when I'm trying to find tickets for an event. Also, Ticketswap needs to look into users using scripts because it's humanly impossible how fast some tickets are reserved

Stupid.. Can't imagine why there isn't an option to "pre-purchase" and the app completes the transaction on your behalf when a ticket becomes available.. Who has time to spend the day waiting for a notification.. Useless..

This app saved my neck when I missed the initial ticket sale whoch sold out in hours. Really helps tvose who need tickets and who want to re-sell their tickets. Great app.

Notifications don't work. Missed out on numerous possibilities to purchase wanted tickets... Good website, bad app!

Nice app but missing customization options like being able to indicate which type of tickets for a certain event you're interested in (I'm not looking for day tickets for a festival, nor for the special vip packet, I just wanna get notified when there's a regular combi available).

My first experience and probably my last tickets are sold before they come up on app and long before notifications the system is unfair and needs modification

App idea is great but the actual app is far from it. Notifications come in, when clicked on, the page takes ages to load and by that time the tickets are being payed for. Or sometimes when the notification is clicked on it goes to an old page of tickets sold already. Really poor review and definitely wouldn't bother recommending to a friend.

Notifications are late and it doesn't open my mobile banking app but an Chrome web page.

Is gewoon een wrapper. Biedt niet eens notificaties. Had beter niet kunnen bestaan.

Needs improvements in notifications. It can be frustrating trying to find tickets for a soldout event and notifications not coming in fast enough. Devs need to examine if some users are using scripts to reserve those tickets before anybody has the chance to do it manually

Got denied somehow to buying tickets. I called the help desk, but they couldn't help me. Big disappointment!

Geïnstalleerd om notificaties te krijgen wanneer er een ticket verkocht wordt dat ik zoek, maar die optie is er niet. Gemiste kans. Krijg de app ook niet op Nederlands (m'n telefoon is Engels).

Thanks to Developer issue has been fixed and I am able to access app and capable to search events and bid as well. Thank you.
