Ticketmaster NZ Event Tickets

Can't seem to use this app at all. Like others just complains it can't connect to WiFi. Have tried many different things to fix but it doesn't work. All other apps working fine. Very frustrating. Sort it out please!

Same as everyone else's complaints: claims that I'm not connected despite access to Wi-Fi & mobile data. Wanted location & just kept searching. People claim it's easier to get tickets with app. Probably mining for phones. Stick to website.

Poor designs and continuously fails in retrieving data from server. Message that comes up "unable to reach server". And no it's not my phone as all other apps work perfectly fine!

It doesn't even work! I was using ticketmaster through a browser no problem and was organizing a gig, then I switched to the mobile app searched for the band and nothing comes up...ridiculous

Gets stuck on the I am not a robot screen once you've gone through all the pictures to verify you're not a robot. Tried on wifi and data. Absolute rubbish.

I just downloaded the app and it won't even allow me to add my location or sign in. It keeps giving me messages to say I'm not connected to Wi-Fi. Not Impressed!

The "I am not a robot" screen takes longer on the app than on the web page. Surely it's not necessary on the app.

Disaster of an app can't even get into it because it will not find my location even though I do have WiFi and location enabled

Keeps telling me they can't access network even though my WiFi and mobile data is fine. So frustrating!!

Rubbish, can't get past the location screen, keeps telling me "invalid location" when ever it is automatic or manual input. Won't activate GPS even with full permissions given. Uninstalling.

I couldn't even get passed the location when first installing the app. I gave up in the end and uninstalled it.

Not user friendly. Tries to get access to personal data when unnecessary. Not sure how to proceed to purchase.

It froze on the 'security check" screen. I couldn't get tickets.

Website was slow and glitch so I installed the app and it's slow and glitch as well!

Poor design. Search for an address and Null comes out.

As soon as I opened the app it went straight to the location and wouldn't let me do anything.

I got Adele tickets the first time i used it. So i love it! It wouldn't let me update my credit card details easily though

Too hard to get past robot photo section. Images also hard to see on phone screen

So handy having this as an app to see up and coming bands you have/haven't got tickets for. Easy to use.

Mostly fails to load. Easier to use the website.

Easy app to purchase tickets and not worried about not being able to use the phone as a ticket.

Have only used the once, it's done what I wanted it to.

I was expecting this to work like airline apps and allow me to bring up my ticket bar code for scanning, or at least let me access the pdf of print at home tickets, but it just tells you seat number and price. Still need to go to email to access my ticket, so..what's the point? Surely if I've got a smartphone I don't really want to have to print a paper copy of a ticket. Seems a bit old fashioned. I can board a plane with a phone, but not see a film. Meh.

Won't let you use your phone as ticket, pointless, uninstalling.
