Ticketmaster AU Event Tickets

This app is absolutely useless. No matter what, it tells you that you're offline and then quits. It should be taken down.

App tells me to choose my location but no choice to move forward. If I choose my location it tells me I'm nit connected to the internet. Ticketmaster why have you even bothered??

In true tickemaster style constantly crashes, even when purchasing at off peak time and an event that doesn't have a massive amount of people logging on for. Always choose to print tickets at home and i can guarantee that every few times i will need to follow up because i can't access my ticket to print. Terrible app, with terrible servers. Trying to get Ed Sheeran tickets but find nothing as soon as its released. $10 for handling fee gtfo, I ain't paying your stupid fee like ea dlc. Your ticketing servers are just as bad as ubisoft servers.

When i enter location and wish to start using the app, it insists that I am not connected to the internet but i can still browse some features. It then proceeds to exit the program. The only thing is. I am connected to the internet because i can visit the ticketmaster website. I am using galaxy s7 and conclude that the ticketmaster app doesn't work for galaxy s7.

What a joke! Phone connected to 4G. Downloaded and installed app with the 4G connection. App starts and complains there is no internet! This isn't even one star. Come on Ticketmaster, you can make an app for at least browsing my tickets?

It appears you're not connected to the internet, you can still browse.... Well I am, and I press ok then it crashes.... Just as crap as your website not being mobile friendly.... Get up to date ya dinosaurs.

Do not install this piece of junk.The app is advertised on the pdf ticket I purchased, suggesting that you can use your smart phone with the app instead of printing the tickets. When you open the app and go to My Tickets section, you don't get the tickets, instead there's a message "This is not your ticket" and a printer icon with words "Print at home". What a joke!!! And you charge for EVERY ticket $5.45 FOR BLOODY WHAT?! It's time ACCC stops this criminal activity!!!

Why is this app even on here? It simply doesn't work. Doesn't matter how you connect to the internet, it says you're not connected and the only option is to close the app. A complete waste of time. The developers deserve to be sacked.

As others have said this useless app continues to say no internet connection when you clearly do! Waste of time! Wish I could give it a zero star rating... It's absolute rubbish

Rubbish. I'm going to start my own ticketing company if this is all the world's biggest ticket agency can come up with. Money for jam to be made when these guys are so useless

I only tried to use this app because their website crashed (database error) during the payment process. Downloaded the app successfully but it reports as offline. The ineptitude is incredible. I never use Ticketmaster services unless I am forced to by their monopoly on certain sporting events and this is why.

Downloaded it, opened up the app and it's telling me I am not connected to the internet. Trust me. I. Am. Connected. To. The. Internet. I'd give this app zero stars if I could. Such a pity I'll still have to use Ticketmaster through another platform to get tickets.

One of the worst apps ever. Can't even get past the location services.. would hate to want to give you my money for an event I want to go to and your sestems don't work.. get it together!!!

What a poorly written app. I was connected to the Internet via WiFi and 4G but the app couldn't connect. So it kept telling me that I wasn't connected to the Internet. Tried WiFi only and then 4G only. But it simply wouldn't work. Uninstalled. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Wish it was possible to give 1/2 a star or zero because that is all this app deserves.

Crashed at first setting screen. Asks for a location. I supplied Perth WA. App then says I am offline. Don't waste your time with this app. I suspect that the 5 star ratings are false reviews done by the company to try and get this dog of an app more stars. Also note that there is no way to provide feedback on this app. Google should take it down

This app is the worst thing I've ever used. It has never worked for me even after multiple reinstalls. Get a good dev team and try again.

As the other 313 people before me have stated. Full internet connectivity yet the app tells me im offline then quits on me. What a pig of an app. Listen to the consumers Ticketmaster and fix the problem or pull this junk from the app store!!

You need to input your location to start the app, it will then reject your submission saying you are in offline mode and will then crash.

Total joke, wish I could give less than one star. Tried this on two devices (Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 & S6). Doesn't ask for log in on install then when opened shows Location screen, pressing find my location gives the "Offline Mode" error message. This is in spite of the fact that all other internet apps are working.

Absolutely disgraceful. There was an insurance scam telling you to select, costing an additional twelve dollars for no reason whatsoever. Allianz and ticket master received money and using tricky subtitles to get even more wealth. Never use this app

Worthless. Same problem as everyone else. Thinks I'm offline connected to 4G, thinks I'm offline connected to full speed NBN on WiFi. Why is this not fixed yet???

Just downloaded via internet. Tells me i am not connected to internet (i am) and won't let me log in. Consistent negativefeedback from multiple users is accurate. Terrible app. Frustrating waste of time

Booked as "best available seats". Placed us behind the technicians which meant our view was blocked by electronics equipment all night. Cheaper seats would have given better views. App keeps crashing too.

Useless. As the others said, this app can't even work out I'm online. A decent online experience can make the difference between getting good tickets or missing out. Lift your game, Ticketmaster.

Hard to navigate, so when tickets finally open up, you have to jump all over the place to figure out what tickets are available seating wise and price wise, by the time you do, all the good tickets are gone.

Tried to buy tickets on the website and it wouldn't let me log in, create a new account or call (it said the number was incomplete) so I downloaded the app and managed to get the tickets but bloody hell what a nightmare! You suck ticketmaster!

Worst website had to resort to the app and its just as bad. What are you doing with your life

This is easily the worst app I have ever attempted to use. Functionality: zero. User friendliness rating: wanted to smash the phone. Would not recommend even to an ex in a fit of rage.

Yeah same as all the other reviews. Last time I used it about 6 to 12 months ago it worked. Amazing that people are saying it wasn't working a few months ago yet nothing seems to have been done. Maybe they shut down the development team? Shout all you want, no one is listening...

Tells me I'm offline and won't pass the location setting. I'm definitely online because I have just downloaded the app. Absolutely useless.

Worked fine on my galaxy s5 but fails to work on galaxy s7. Keeps saying no internet and closing itself when every other app I have is working fine. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no difference. Will uninstall for good.

The most useless app I have ever encountered. Previously I was able to load my tickets after the app crashed 20+ times trying to find my location but now i can't even get that far because it's telling me I'm not not connected to the internet, and then crashing. As a result I'm unable to access tickets that I have paid good money for and am extremely frustrated.
