Unfortunately this app hasn't been updated in over two years and doesn't support phones without the old menu button. There is no way to bring up the menu. Thus it is useless. I will update my review after they update the app. If they update the app... Not holding my breath after two years.

Useless! Can not go pass the opening screen. It says to open the menu but there's no menu button! Its almost 2018 Do I need to use an Evo 4g to use this app? Phones don't have menu buttons anymore!

email only gave option to download tickets or send them to someone else. no code was provided in the email for use to register in the app.

I paid $96 for my tickets and logged in and it said I didn't have any tickets available under the exact email I registered. Smdh

Would give it more stars if I could delete refunded tickets from my list and use the app to purchase others.

Bought four tickets to local event from website. Create an account. Download the crap, mean app, tickets or anything about my purchase not there. Now it's bloat ware.

I downloaded the app to use at an event, and you have to have their special password for the first login. The problem is they didn't include the temp password in the ticket purchase email like the app claims it did. Their help link is equally useless. It goes to a frequency asked questions page. So no real help exists.

I bought tickets, downloaded app and then tried to register. Message was I should get an email with temp. password. Its been a couple few hours no password email. Apparently you cant even create an account without first having a ticket. You also cant say to resend email or you didnt receive your email passcode - kidding right? UNINSTALL WORTHY! Bye Felicia.....

The app provides the basic for the tickets you purchase. The best thing is able to add the event of the tickets to the calendar. What needs improving is removing old events. With so many events, old tickets are useless in the app.

Don't waste your time and space downloading this app. Doesn't work and is very confusing.

Wastes my time with a selfie feature and all the options are hidden in a menu. Easier to print the paper tickets

I bought tickets to an event & downloaded the app after. It wouldn't let me log in with my twitter on my phone but it didn't give me the option to log in with a different twitter. To create an account I needed a temporary password,which they never sent me,but if I wanted to create a new account I had to be with a company. I just wanted to pull up my tickets on my phone instead of printing. Ultimately I ended up going to ticketlap on my browser and downloading my tix there so the app is completely useless.

this app doesn't work with android or at least the samsung galaxy note 2 ... i've downloaded the app multiple times, and just sits on a screen telling me to open a window --- there is no window, no options no nothing to push. you need to open your options menue with the phones bottom left button that looks like a sheet of paper to look at your tickets... and they don't exist (at least not in the app)... so you are forced to download the ticket to your phone by going to the website... why have an app if it you need to use the website. one of the worst apps ever... only thing that would make it worse is if i gave you a virus

I notice this app has more features for the iPhone. Very limited with Droid but none the less, it did the job.

Keep track of all of your ticket purchases and access them with your smartphone!

Suddenly stopped working after i got the OTA update to Lollipop Android 5.0. Super annoying.

Even with no active tickets it uses more battery than fb. Uninstalled. I'll take paper next time.
