Tried to use the app at a Colorado Avalanche game and they said they were unable to scan the QR code. Sent the me to the box office where they charged me $10 to print the tickets based off of that same code. Very lame. The idea of the app is to not need to print anything, therefore it did not work as intended at this particular venue.

I have physical tickets and needed to sell asap but no ticket reseller accepted my hard tickets cuz it was too close to the event date. I had to download another app that converted them to pdf and vividseats was the only one who accepted them. Regardless, I sold them and got my money :)

The scans aren't even valid, what's more you can't sell,transfer or delete tickets you do scan. Totally useless.
