Not useful at all
Very simple to use and makes our life a lotttt easier. we are using tickera for one year now and i wish we knew about this app earlier. The only thing i can think of is i wish it gives us a warning if same QR is scanned twice. Currently if we scan a QR twice we get sucess message both times.
great: 1. when everything is installed the Tickera system is smooth. like the fact that it automatically imports all the sales on the eve of the event. 2. looking up manually by name 3. pretty straight forward app [take a photo, read and checked in]. less: 1 app is slow 2. does not have all that much extra features. 3. you only get a fail code when a ticket has already been read. should be nice to see what time [and the name] 4. to easy to log out and app does not remember the api key. so on the small mobile you have to look up the api key where I stored it [contacts] my Samsung S5 still had a hard time in on reading the code. but that's a S5 issue. It seems there is another Tickera app. Will check this one to.
Its a good app, simple to use, but I gave it a 2 stars because on two busy concert occasion, everytime 3 or 4 of us used the app to scan people in, it decided it wanted to freeze up, taking forever to load and verify ticket validity. Login in and out didnt help. It was just hectic when crowd peak times was in full effect and the app wouldnt scan right. Not sure if multiple scans was the issue, or if site bandwidth was the issue, but it stressed us out. Good app but connectivity not reliable.
Was sceptic at first as Tickera system was pretty pricy at the time, but as soon as I deployed it on my website, it paid off really soon. Check-in app is great and dead simple to use with no glitches whatsoever.
Have used Tickera on three events recently and the whole system worked flawlessly from start to finish. Fantastic event ticketing tool!
Sooooo Slooooo Tooooo Scaaaaan
possible scam
Force closes on login on my idol 3. I did use http:// in front of the URL. Not a big deal as I no longer have that phone. Works great on my 6p though.
This is apparently an issue as another user has commented about it. I really expect more from tickera since good money was paid for this.

Same issue as another user where you can scan the same barcode twice and it is still valid. I am using the woocommerce add on and have confirmed that only 1 check in is allowed per ticket. IOS app does not have this issue.
