About The Tibetan Translation Tool
The Tibetan Translation Tool is a simple port of the THL Translation Tool, for Android devices.

The application was conceived as a way to use the THL Translation Tool on a mobile device, so that one could read Tibetan on the computer without having to share the screen or switch screens to the Translation Tool on THL's website.
Just like the THL Translation Tool, the input is case sensitive. Because Android does not yet natively support Tibetan script, please choose the radio for "Roman script" display of the input (the default is Tibetan Unicode).

Thank you to this port! Works nicely on an LGG5H831… and Gboard for the Tibetan… Still needs more dictionaries for various dialects and missing words (used in speech)… But this is great already…

Excellent tool if you want to learn more Tibetan. Getting the book "Introduction to Classical Tibetan" will teach you how to romanize original script in the first chapter.

It is a poor software being online and also will be in meantime the Tibetan Machine fonts as also Jomolhari will not be able for android. The offline - java for years in computers -, will permit much more time of study to the android battery.
