App keeps crashing.

I can't even get the app installed

Now onto our 5th device over two cars. 4 x software issues. 1 x hardware.. Google and you will find internationally problems. Also why does this app need to be able to make phone calls??????.. unless access given access it will not open. Currently at this time. WARNING!!!When this app is installed on a Android or Apple it causes internet connection to fail on your phone. You'll get no emails that might be very important. No maps while driving. No connection to anything. Needs a urgent fix........ YOU MAY BE STRANDED OR YOUR CHILDREN WITHOUT CONTACT Why does this app need to control phone calls.... What is the reason it will not work if access to phone calls denied.. More people Hate the app than like it. THAT'S TRAGIC

Are IROAD Developer reading all the feedback ? Your motion detection mode is failure. Recording even when there is no motion at all. Wasting and taking up all the memory. Strongly Not Recommended

It seems like current version needs to turn off data to connect DVR via wifi. Previous version allows user to turn on data and connect DVR via wifi concurrently. Developer please revert to previous setting.

Wifi keep disconnecting. I cannot even save clips i want to save. Improve it or i will never ever recommend your product anymore

Suddenly my cam starts beeping and spewing in Korean. The app can't be opened. Keeps crashing.

I've been trying to link up the app with the camera but utterly useless as it kept saying unconnectable.

Recent update my software, and unable to play the video on my phone after download, any advise?

Likewise can't connect to my S7 Edge. Has brought it to attention of car distributor which sells this. No solution

Unable to view my recordings at all. No matter which setting I tap into, there was nothing. Terrible app. Now I wonder if the camera is even recording.

simply can't connect to my V9 after countless tries! reset cam, reinstalled app, went through all modes with button on cam, nothing works!! frustrating!! fix the bug please!!!

Using this with iroad v9. Can't off the security led with end app. Cannot understand why is that setting not in the app. Turning parking mode on or off keeps camera recording all day long. What exactly is a parking mode? Why can't I use the app to turn the camera off?

When viewing the image of the iRoad V7 Rear View camera on my car HU or smartphone, the image is being displayed in reverese. A car travelling on the right hand lane of my vehicle will be shown to be travelling on the left hand lane of the car HU or smartphone giving false traffic information that the right hand lane of the road is clear of traffic. This false image represtation of traffic on the road while driving creates a false impression that it is safe to change lane to the right

Before use this apps, device was working perfectly fine. After connected to this apps and updated the firmware, winter mode keep ON and not recoding when engine is off. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I use to turn on my wifi and i noticed whenever i near my car (iroad) my phone will auto turn wifi to iroad and this disable me to send out or receive whatsapp promptly. Do you face the same issue? Please look into this. Urgently

Can't connect the camera to the phone at least 98% of the time with my phone via wifi. Poorly done app for a big car camera company. It's No wonder Black Vue car camera are so popular.

Used the V7 for 3 months, everything are better than expected. However with recent update, not able to connect via wifi..hope the next update will resolve the bug.

Got my A9 yesterday, encountered similar problem with IROAD app - "Connection failed" at 70%. Only way to get around it is switch the mobile data to off.

It doesnt even connects. Searching at 70% then tells you unable to find the device.

Expensive product, yet doesn't work with Android 7, even with latest update..

Terrible... Can't even connect to the product it is supposed to pair with.

Should allow deletion feature. Do not know why it needs GPS feature to be on on phone device.
