Acelerometer does not work..

Works sometimes. When sending data to MQTT server, doesn't send username and password.

Works 1 out of 10 times. Very disappointed. I am trying to evaluate your part for a design but if this is the kind of garbage you are putting out I am going to take a look at Nordic Semi.

No offenses, but the app is bad even for a demo. Drains battery, can't calibrate sensors, unstable

This app does not work. I was able to connect once out of 20 times, Better odds in Vegas.

The starter version finds the device and the full version doesn't . Hahahah

The app crashes when I try to connect to my account in IBM IoT platform

It drops the connection between the app and the sensor tag from time to time. Most times reconnecting the Bluetooth can work, sometimes need to clear the Bluetooth cache

It doesn't provide confidence in the cc2650 chip which I was planning to use in a design. TI should have ensured this was rock solid before releasing it.

Does not properly enumerate the services on a sensortag. The iPhone one works fine

This app it's horrible. To many times it does not connect to sensor.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this sensor and I would have ran to china. Tunisia puts out junk. I have only got this to run once on the sensor tag . I never thought TI would have let this junk on the market. China here I come.

Edit-A month or so later and motion data still does not work on Android, seems to intermittently work on ios but not reliably .........Motion Data does not work - removing and replacing the battery gets it to run for about 5 seconds then freezes. The rest of the sensors seem to work so hopefully this is just a bug that will be fixed. Would be great to be able to save the streamed data for data logging

Not able to connect to CC2650 LAUNCHPAD.

Is it somehow possible to export the sensor data collected by this app?

Doesn't work

I downloaded this app to a Samsung phone running Android 4.4.2. So far, this app runs well. The only issue I see is the accelerometer reads 1g as 0.25g. But I'm not complaining. I like the data display, and so far I have experienced zero crashes that other users have experienced. Thank you TI for supporting this app.

Got the SensorTag to connect. Sensor graphs stopped once they hit the right side of the display. Accelerometer/gyro/magnetometer deliver no data. This software just doesn't work. Too bad, I thought they really had something here. TI are you planning to fix or should I return the device for a refund? A lot of people have the same complaints.

Cant connect to blumix. Only quicstart works. Please at least remove features

No motion sensor data shown and all inputs freeze after 30 seconds or so.

Bug on the new version... is prepends d:quickstart:st-app: to the Device ID meaning that you still cannot use this for IBM iot registered mode

This app will try to turn Bluetooth on in the background constantly. It even tried to do it as I wrote this review. Let me control my own Bluetooth please.

There are a couple of problems with this app on Android. 1. You can't rename the tag, 2. You can only connect to the quick start, not the full IoT platform

I'm using the lauchxl-cc2650 board and can't connect through the app, I tried the iPhone app and that worked fine, I also updated the firmware through smartRF flash programmer 2

Connects fine to quickstart but connecting to iot foundation throws an exception

Does not use "SSL" (or TLS) when the "Use SSL" box is checked. And I can't fix it because it's closed source. Also keeps trying to turn my bluetooth is on when it's supposedly closed.

I think I might need to get a new sensortag there seems to be a lot of new features that I'm missing out on. Keep up the great work

Accelerometer doesn't work with shake to wake enabled! Anyway, can you at least make this all do something? How about a Tasker interface so I can react to various sensors values?

Great app, please add option for Azure IoT hub as well.

It's not detecting any sensor tag.

Tested CC2650STK in Android 4.3 and 5.0. Impossible to get accelerometers data. I tried with other app (evothing) and using this accelerometers works properly. So it is a Ti app problem. Please fix it.
