All this is good for is finding a location. The Ruby Tuesday s taffeta better get with it. I don't think they ever look at these reviews either. If they care about their image changes to their app must happen. There are many other options for the public

This app is terrible! It refuses to connect to the internet even though my phone is showing a strong signal strength from wifi. And insists on showing a popup to that effect about every 30 seconds. Refuses to find my location through my gps or accept my zipcode being entered manually. The only useful part of this app is looking at the menu, which does not include any prices because, I assume, it won't accept my location information. If you actually wanna order from Ruby Tuesday, you are better off just keeping a paper menu handy. That at least will include a phone number.

This app 'used' to work. No offers. Location finder doesn't work. Not even worth the free birthday burger. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I love me some Ruby Tuesday but their app is the worst. Even when I am sitting in the restaurant, the app cannot locate any location or load available offers. Get this fixed RT! It is ridiculous!

Can't view anything on the menu so pretty pointless. Can't clink on anything but what's hot which has nothing...worthless app

I installed the app before reading the reviews because Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite restaurants and I get deals from them via email sometimes, so I figured I would get even more deals that I could use from the app. But I really should've read those reviews first, because this app's description lies. None of the features it claims to have are present, and there are *NO* offers or promotions. I'm not even sure why it exists. This is a terrible app and incredibly unprofessional. Uninstalling immediately.

Tried to use the location finder to get offers but it wouldn't work - even when I was sitting in a booth at my local Ruby Tuesday!!

My complaint is the same as many. The app gets hung trying to locate nearest restaurant and doesn't have any other way to get coupons.

It is an ok app, but it needs more. Prices for food items and it needs Ruby-Tue-go on it so we can order from the app. Edit: After having the app I ended up uninstalling it. Couldn't click on any menu items. The website has better flow and I will use that until the app is better.

Very limited with no function for their carryout service. Displays very simple menu and says there are currently no offers available in spite of receiving offers via email.

FAILS to do anything. I can look at titles but that's about it. Great restaurant, great service but worthless app.

The menu is unavailable. There are no specials. The store hours aren't even displayed! Y'all were right, this isn't a one and done app; it's a none and done app!

I have the s4 note. Menu wouldn't expand, couldn't navigate anywhere in the app.

This app says there are promotions. There are no promotions.

Installed for the offers (hoping for something better than the lame coupons that keep appearing in the paper), never saw any. Uninstalling.

Takes forever finding nearby locations in my zip code, and there is a restaurant RIGHT across the street from my house. I have used this app before, on a different network with no problems

I got this for the offers. Makes you search for a location. The location search locks up the app then it never works.

Does not work properly, it never has coupons and deals available

We like to stop at RT for lunch when we're driving somewhere. The restaurant finder is minimal, without providing the promised directions to a given restaurant. RT should fire their app developer for nonperformance and find someone else.

Our city got a Ruby Tuesday abut a year ago. The app won't bring up the store. Terrible app.

There is no excuse, you do not offer an app if it does not work. Ruby Tuesdays should have waited until the app worked before offering it.

Presented with a blank screen with a menu of options across the top. Try to locate the nearest restaurant by zip code-nada. Locked up with spinner. Uninstalled it.

I signed up and no promotional deals.

Can't place orders, and no specials, as stated. Doesn't really serve much of a purpose.

I like this app. This can come in handy if there is a long wait at Ruby Tuesday. Check the menu in the app and decide while you are waiting. There were no deals at my location, but that's not the app's fault. Some places may not put their specials through the app but have specials if you just ask. It's not an amazing app, but it's not meant to be. It is just providing a small service. It does not deserve a 1 star rating.

It said install the app to receive offers. I installed and all I see is "more offers coming soon" a 10% off my bill would of been nice, even a free draft beer. Uninstalled and unlinking my Facebook.

Find nearest locations. Had section for specials, but there are never any specials ... what's the point?

Love the food. App OK if you want to know the menu or location but offers require fb access which I'm not going to do.. uninstalling..

Great concept, great marketing, but even if you are willing to login through Facebook it still doesn't show any offers. Maybe it's just a bug, uninstalling till the rating goes up.

I downloaded this app at the restaurant. When I tried to get the promised coupon, it wanted to force me to sign in through Facebook. Since I don't want to clog my friend's newsfeed with crap like, "So and so is eating at Ruby Tuesdays!" I deleted the app. Waste of time.
