Who needs smart actions when you have a setting wizard? Setting Wizard gives you complete control over common Android settings by allowing you to create profiles that automatically change your settings when certain conditions are met. Here are just a few examples of what Setting Wizard can do:

* Set your screen to maximum brightness when you arrive at the park
* Improve your battery life by automatically turning off power draining features such as Wi-Fi when the battery is low

Setting Wizard has a simple interface that makes it easy to create the profiles you want. Integration with Google Maps makes it easy to define conditions based on the locations you specify, and location update customizations ensure that your battery life is maintained. A simple home screen widget allows you immediately activate or deactivate any profile you create. Profiles can change the following settings:
* Ringer mode (normal, silent, vibrate)
* Alarm, touch-tone, media, notification, ringtone, system, and call volume
* Ringer and notification vibrate
* Default phone, notification, and alarm ringtone
* Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
* Screen timeout and brightness
* Auto-rotate screen
* Speaker
* Airplane mode (for Android versions below 4.0)

Profiles can automatically activate or deactivate based on the following conditions:
* Power plugged
* Battery level
* Wired headset plugged
* Location
* Time and day

I had a Motorola previously and the SmartActions was brilliant, so this had a lot to live up to. Sadly, with wizard, the location recognition was not always accurate and even though the settings indicated it was on silent, text messages would suddenly break the silence when they arrived. I need a bit more reliability to justify upgrading to the full version.

If you are looking for a SmartActions replacement or just looking to automate some actions of your phone, this is the program you want. Is it as comprehensive as Tasker? No. Is it easier to use, oh heck yes. I've tried many Tasker like programs and this is the closest one and the easiest one I've found that compares to SmartActions. And it uses slightly less resources. Could it have more triggers and actions that could be set? Maybe. But the good of this program totally out weighs the minor imperfections.

My significant other has smart actions. His app does so many amazing things...I can't even set this app to send him a text message on a certain day at a certain time

Disapointed... Worked for a few days than stopped. Only created one profile, to mute all sounds at bedtime hours. It will mute them as requested but will not return sounds to there original state prior to the event. Loved it when it was working correctly, not so much now. Cleared all date, reinstalled to still have the same problem. Sprint HTC EVO

It does not automatically change based on location even on the highest accuracy and frequency settings. It also does not restore the previous state when a profile is turned off.

For the Samsung Galaxy S7 active it is the best that I have used so far
