AutoSMS

This cool small app responds to incoming sms automatically if it is running , It can also read out sms.
It replies with preset message to incoming sms in real time when you are out of reach or busy such as driving, in meeting, eating, sleeping, etc.
It has customizable auto response for sms.
Its sms reader function is also very useful when you are unable to look up the screen.
In order to use read sms function just check on checkbox.
