برنامج فرز مقاعد البلديات

هذا البرنامج يقوم بحساب المقاعد للقوائم المشاركة في الانتخابات البلدية بطريقة سانت لوغي / حيث يمكن البرنامج من توزيع المقاعد على الكتل و القوائم المشاركة حسب عدد الاصوات لكل قائمة و يقوم بحساب نسبة الحسم و استبعاد الكتل الغير محققة للنسبة / كذلك يتم توزيع المقاعد حسب تصنيف البلدية او المجلس حيث يتيح للمستخدم اختيار عدد المقاعد المراد حسابها .
يمكن للبرنامج الحساب لقائمتين و حتى 8 قوائم ، فقط يتم ادخال الاصوات لكل قائمة حسبب عدد القوائم و تترك باقي القوائم في البرنامج بدون تغيير .
