Dont mess with texas!

Waste of money to just send the litterer a trash bag. They should get a fine for throwing trash into my backyard. Especially if they lean out of their pos vehicle to throw their trash out. They are making an effort to litter they should get the fine for being too lazy to dispose o their trash properly.

@Austin Bridges.. your review is full of holes and misundertandings. First of all, you are warned not to use while driving. Second, no where does it have the ability to take pictures/video - I wish it did. Third, and perhaps the most uniformed piece, is that you think taking a picture is harassment. You are fundamentally misunderstanding the law. As soon as you step 1 foot out your door, you have no right to an expectation of privacy. Your picture can, and is, taken ALL THE TIME in today's society. I look forward to using this app b/c I encounter these disgusting litterers daily. 1-star removal since it isn't compatible with Android Auto for hands-free use

This is basically texting and driving. Good job, texas. This is also telling people take pictures of other people against their will, which is also harassing them

Nice app, didnt know it existed until it was recommended by another app. I always keep a picture documentation of litterers and their license plate numbers. It would be nice to be able to upload a picture/short clip of the offender in the act.

While I'd prefer the ability to upload video/image I'm sure there are tech/hosting restrictions and concerns about people using that app while driving that are preventing this. I understand that the app can't have any more teeth than sending a letter and a bag due to the risk of mis-use by users but it's better than nothing and will hopefully help to serve as a reminder. Developers have done a good job on the UX with the exception of completely missing the fact that they've locked users in the app. The only way to exit is to tab out of the app and close manually. Definitely needs a close or exit button. Leaderboards for litterbug reporters wouldn't hurt either...

I enjoy knowing that, we as Texans know that littering is not going to be tolerated .

I was so delighted when I discovered this was a thing.

Please add a close option in the menu or through the option key next to the home button. Of course, you can always hold down the home key and go into application switcher, but that's kind of clunky.

No way to exit! Hit back button gets no response. I have to re-start my phone to get out of it.
