About Accurate Altimeter Free
This altimeter works online or offline. It estimates your elevation with three different methods:
- Using GPS satellites triangulation. No internet connection required, quite accurate with clean sky but works only outdoors and it's slow.
- Using the ground elevation at your current position. Accurate but require internet connection and works only if you are at ground level.
- Using the pressure sensor of your device (if available). If it's available internet connection it calibrates itself on the nearest weather station pressure to improve accuracy.
Detect an elevation with marker on Google Map then collect and save it.

This app was not very user friendly for a person who is unfamiliar with the terminology. Also, be prepared... I could only use it a few times because then it keeps popping up an ad asking me to pay for the premium app and no way to work around it.

Not quite right or accurate. Can't find my location. Altitude varies significantly just by moving 5 metres. It's flat around here...

Worked poorly for me. Altimeter 1 from the hamburger menu, would only ever show blinking ...m's with no data. That's with a LTE and simultaneous 180mb down wifi connection. Waited over 3-minutes for blinking ...m's to establish data. Uninstalled apo. ????

Install this free app to see what my altitude was it it was very cumbersome and I could not view it in feet it was in meters very hard settings and usability. I hate it

Well, miễn phí mà đo đc dh >=2000 đ đ m 1 m là đc. Nhưng mà các đ nghiệp chỉ đo trong núi rừng khó khăn thui nhé (đ h cấp 3 trở lên) chứ ẩu tả dùng ở đh dễ thì ko nên vì kiểm tra nghiệm thu qua total station thì chết. Lụi có nơi nhé ...
