Worthless app. Queue times never work . Always asks to connect on browser. Website has inaccurate info too. Do not use this app ots bloatware.

90% of rides show 0 mins wait time, then u end up queuing for 45 mins to an hour... No point having that feature if it is always inaccurate!

Very good map, can give directions to rides. Queue times are totally diabolical and inaccurate though. Why have the feature if no one can be bothered to keep it updated?

Completed the big 6 challenge in May and have since upgraded my phone. However when reinstalling this app onto my new phone the big 6 challenge resets and you loose your tickets. Raised with A.Towers who ask for proof of visit which I don't have as paid cash and now binned tickets. This app needs looking into perhaps a having a login which saves your details and any offers. Be warned if upgrading.

In reality the Resort already has "pretty accurate" queue times at the box office but it doesn't feel like these are being reliably sent to the app. It could just be something as simple as reducing the refresh/update time. Until it's good enough I can't give it 5 stars

Whilst on the queue for Runaway Drive Train I downloaded to figure out waiting time. Says 0 but I've been here 20 mins and only half way through. Looks the same for other rides. Not reliable app. Avoid.

Doesn't work at all, none of it's features work. Completely rubbish.

Poor. Even with cloud WiFi it was impossible to connect whilst in the park. Very frustrating!

Hey Alton Towers, spotted the corkscrew secret on the top right hand corner of the photo at the top of the app picture.

The needs location of nearest toilets as the map doesn't show them and they can be difficult to find, otherwise pretty useful

Good idea but terrible Internet connection ruined it. It worked less than it didn't and if you did the big 6 challenge you had to stay on the app or loss your progress. The queue times didn't work and the map was so small it was pointless

Rubbish. Most features not working. Ride queues jump from 40 minutes to 10 minutes. Useless 'gps' map. WiFi terrible

I couldn't scan any code or make any picture. If you want to use the app will be no chance to ride any other attraction that day.

It is okay and Big Six

Totally pointless app. Standing in a Q for 40min, app says 5min wait lol save your money Alton. Early ride time - staff at the front of the park sending customers to rides that are closed (invest in radios or mobile phones). Shop staff were great and the grounds were cleaner.

Why are people moaning about the queue times being inaccurate....it does say there it updates every 30 minutes...

Waste of time. Not even remotely useful around the park.

I downloaded this app on my pixel so that I could do the big 6 challenge, it isn't available on my app. My friend has the same phone with a different version of the app which can do the big 6 challenge.

Rubbish. App said 10 mins. It took 40 min. Not impressed

Ride times are wildly inaccurate. Sat outside the Smiler for 50 minutes and for the whole time ride says '60 minutes' , app says 15 minutes!

Idea! Why not add a function where people can report how long they were in a queue to help give more accurate timings?

App is a bit unstable. Crashes when trying to register. Crashes when using nav. Feels like a beta version

Downloaded it for queue times and they are at least 30 mins late in updates. Stood in various queues and data was clearly inaccurate. No single rider options now on various attractions so not enjoying this place anymore!

I'm here now and the WiFi cloud is terrible so thought downloading this would help. But no this is even worse!!

Queue times are inaccurate and the app worked once and then crashed constantly afterwards. Rubbish

Important info ride time are wrong or none existant duel 10min wait app says 0min other queue time wrong

The app map works ok but some of the rides (e.g. iceage 4D) don't exist anymore. The waiting time seems right (0 min) as park was quiet (cold and windy weather)

Downloaded for queue times but might as well not have bothered

Ride wait times wrong. Map useless. Needs more helpful features like find your way. Rider height restrictions at a glance would be great. Only possible bonus is some discounts on food and drinks.

Absolutely useless app, no mobile internet at Alton Towers. Even some rides say check que times on the app. Pointless and uninstalled it.

The ride times are still off though. Some say closed but are open, some say 45mins when it was 5. Map was good as there are not many signposts. WiFi in most places on the park so kept mainly up to date.

Love the new update, very helpful

A good app but ride times update then disappear. The map is a good addition.
