Terrible. My Parents bought as a gift and it does not work. One minute full battery next says flat. Won't connect or sync at all. A terrible waste and now very dissapinted parents. They can't find reciept so can't get money back either. So upset about this situation.

Rarely connects. Makes like it wants to give help then doesn't do that either. More stress than health getting this to work. If I can ever get it to connect reliably it would be a different story

Loses data if you don't sync before midnight. Constantly having Major issues getting the app to sync with the device!....Problems every time I try. Cheap as cheap. Fitbit here I come!!

Had it since 5th may and it has been working well until today. I couldn't turn the sleep mode off and despite restarting and force stopping in apps manager it is still not working. Not happy.

Previous version of the app mostly worked, but in version 1.0.151p sleep mode no longer works and the screen auto refreshes often and loses your place. Suggest you don't update. I'm on Nexus 4, Android 4.4.4.
