It is used to capture Visitor Data, that sends instant Notifications to the ADDA App used by Apartment Residents.
It has functionalities for every Security Management aspect in a Residential Community - Visitor Management, Domestic Staff Management, Association Staff Attendance, Parking Management, Emergency Management, Material In-Out Management, Clubhouse Access Management.

It's really a very nice app for maintaining your main gate.

I liked the attention to detail and keeping end user in mind while designing the app. The main user - the. security guard has to do minimal entries - last few digits of vehicle. The part where I was impressed was the search for staff or visitor can be done with numbers also - my security guard can never go wrong. Also liked the offline feature and its quick sync at end of the day. Hats off to the team behind this.

I like this app but with the latest update selecting flat while entering visitor details become difficult. Now security needs to enter the full flat number like B-1/1 but the previous versions typing 1 will show all available flats. Please fix this soon

Need to reduce the rating. With the new release you have taken out the feature of viewing the phone number. Now you can only call the number. We have given a tablet only with wifi where the security should be able to see both mobile and intercom numbers and call from his phone. This is very critical to us. Please bring the feature back. And pls don't remove such features suddenly as it causes lot of confusion with the handling staffs.

But that's the main job of Security/Gate keeper... he will need residents number to call them.... without which whats the big deal about this app.... most of the societies have already implemented biometric punching machines for check-in and check-out of employees.....you can leave the privicy issue to the societies to deal with... if all residents agree then the association will implement it.. Also if we have a photo capturing facility it will be good for Visitor entry... .Need residents communication details display. This is one of the primary use of having a system for security without which this application is of no use.
