Would be better if pictures can be saved in gallery at the same time. Fill-in blank does not work. When downloaded to desktop, contents moves to the end of sentence. Copy headings or sub-heading would also be nice.

Galaxy s5 sometimes the pictures won't load into report. It goes into a error message. If I restart the phone it usually works. Hopefully there is a fix?

I have been using 3D since 2003 (PDA flashback). It only gets better. Most bugs appear be sorted with this version. Make sure your hardware is up to speed. Recommend 2Gb ram minimum. How about a photo caption option?..... This would save me putting them on with the desktop version.

I have waited days for a response when unable to use software. Be careful, don't find yourself unable to complete a job being dependent on software.

When it works it's a time saver but it crashes too often. So far I haven't lost an inspection but have to reboot sometimes 3 times and it seems to be getting worse. Always start with a fresh reboot of my phone. If I lose an inspection I will be very unhappy..........very........

My only complaint is that it crashes and at least twice per inspection on my samsung S5. When 3D fixes that I would give the app a 6 star

This app is a must have for any inspector that is already using 3D on their laptop/desktop! It will save you a great deal of time! The initial transition to the app is seamless as it is set up just like the PC version. Great job on this 3D team!!!

I was carrying around a PDA, camera, and phone. Now just a smart phone. The time savings has been fantastic and the phone 3d app works really well for my purposes. I like being able to download and upload my inspections to the cloud.

This app is easy to use and makes my process faster. I find it as quick as the desktop version. The quality of photos depends on your device. I still carry a camera for places I can't use the phone (crawl space, attic) due to lack of flash and possible damage to my phone.

Ive been using 3d for10+ years. First on pda then phone now tablet. Its easy to DL but some of the buttons are too small or close to others. Also this may be petty but when searching through sub headings it alsways starts at the top, not at the section where I was last. Othere the really little things its great. Also being able to upload a report with having to first send it to the cloud first. For those unexpected last minute inspections. Currently I have EXTRA REPORTS on the the cloud. Neil K

Until 3D decides to offer real customer support, GO ELSEWHERE. It is absolutely ridiculous that this app has not been updated in approximately three years. And yes, 3D has some of the worst "support" of any software Company I have ever dealt with. This is a common viewpoint Out in the field. It is also appalling that there is no way to back up your work (SERIOUSLY?). You simply have to take your chances with the clunky cloud that seems to only have been created by 3D so they can collect yearly payments. It's a cumbersome ridiculous via. 2 Words. Spectacular Home Inspections. Go there for a real program with REAL customer care. When 3D becomes a real software company that actually listens to their clients, then I will gladly change my review.
