I own a Nexus 6p currently running Android O. Only half if my screen shows up when using the app and the half that works is split between each eye of the VR portion. I cant get a clear picture and even if it was full screen the cardboard slot seems to block the image from the vinyl set.

I have a Samsung S7 and used the cardboard headset that Gambino's vinyl came with.. it doesn't seem to be calibrated right for both eyes, it's just slightly off and gives a major headache in the process. but the imagery in it and what I've seen so far is stupendous! phenomenal visuals- and im so excited to watch the rest

Cannot use for VR, spent a fortune on the Vinyl and all i get on the VR is a multicoloured screen with white blocks over it.

The code I received in my *SEALED* box doesn't work.

Make sure your phone works with VR! You need a gyroscope sensor, so some phones like the ZTE Zmax and Moto G won't work. Put your phone in a cheap cardboard or plastic VR headset - the Samsung Gear VR won't work unless you are able to exit the Gear VR app. You might also need a newer phone (the Galaxy S5 is a good minimum). My HTC M9 works fine in my Google Cardboard headset and loaded the VR video quickly.

Why aren't you guys suggesting anything about this black screen after loading bug! Many people like me want to watch the video! It's really making us angry!

When i connect my phone to my VR, the Pharos app simply does not appear. When i simply open the pharos app it works but not connected to vr. Lol. Its not even a VR app so how can i use it with a VR? (Samsung galaxy s7 edge user) frustrated.

After the app loads all I can see is a black screen. It happened to my friend too but it started to play after about 30 seconds. I waited for 5 minutes and it still won't play.

If you have a Google Daydream headset, make sure you turn off NFC on your phone. The daydream app automatically activates when you put the phone into the headset. Turn NFC off and the Pharos app works flawlessly

I'm running on a Moto g4 with no vr, everything else works fine but as soon as it loads to 100% it's a blank screen. Am I just being impatient??

I have a ZTE ZMax 2 with no VR. I had my headphones plugged in and my phone rotated. It loaded 100%, then nothing.

How do you watch the concert with Samsung Gear Vr???I can't get it to work in the vr but I can see it on the phone screen when it's not connected to the headset...please respond as soon as possible with a solution....

I hate to leave Les than 5 stars but it doesn't work after it loads on my device. Seems like it only works on iPhones

Watch it. Use a VR headset if you have one. Google Cardboard is enough, just do it.

People it's in vr, u have to turn around and find the stage, literally turn your body and your phone until u see the concert

I'm having the same problem where after it loads the screen goes black.

It goes through the motions but when it loads it is just a black screen

The concert video for me and your mama is pretty cool. I hope when the album is released there is more concert VR videos to experience.

Amazing expierence, the entire expierence of the album is amazing. Music is an expierence, the show, the app, the music, he's 10 steps ahead of everyone.

That's what I call Bino bingo it was a winner in every Damn way. The best concert/camp experience I've had. Thank you Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino and your band for filling me up with your spirit through music and letting me know what my path is going to be. I've always wanted to sing but never truly took action so now I'm signed up for music in college. I start soon. Love pharos hope to hear it soon so I can memorize all the lyrics. I saw what he was going for but it never got there. The narritive from the app was never explained. Camping was just over hyped tailgating. Performance was lacking. I could understand no opener, but really only new songs? It was a Donald Glover circle jerk, not a concert. I would have enjoyed it better at brokechella. $30 in LA. Not worth the $99 and 4 hour drive.

Amazing show truly a life changing experience for me. I want to get a new phone but im scared i won't be able to access upcoming updates. (I think he will release the new album in the app)

Bought ticket and app did not update to show me any information. Got ticket receipt and everything. Tried to reinstall and app fully updated. Emailed support with no response.
