I've never had such an easy time shopping for clothes! This app is very straightforward and has a great selection. I'd highly recommend trying it out.

I love the good deals on some really nice clothes! I am VERY ADDICTED to scrolling through all of the secondhand clothes and shoes! There is new stuff added all of the time.. And discount codes offered frequently. My only disappointment was only receiving $8 for a bag of clothes that I sent to them. DO NOT EXPECT A BIG PAYOUT! You receive 5% of what the item is going to sell for ( if even that much)

Sent in 4 bags of clothing. And I mean copious amounts. Read the detailed stipulations on what is excepted... 2 bags have been FINALLY sifted through and my payout is $2.I5. Absolute ripoff. Still waiting on the other two. Maybe I'll score 10 more cents! Don't waste your time thinking you have stumbled on a good payout. Will never do business with them ever again.

This has always been a favorite...purchased tons through the years. Recently the app hasn't been working...freezing up and only working while on Wi-Fi. Now I can't get it to show me ANYTHING for sale...even on Wi-Fi. Can't search...and only shows me women's clothing...even while searching for kid brands and selecting boys/girls. What changed?!

I loved this app until recently. They have doubled their prices overnight!!! Earrings and rings have gone from $5.99 to $13.99 literally overnight! What's up with this!? Especially right before the Christmas Holiday!? I may have to reconsider shopping on ThredUp for this very reason!! Quality at an affordable and reasonable price, especially for "used" item's is why I shop Thredup. It bothers me a great deal to see this because I see no purpose for it other than, well, you know...

Love the sight. If you know the brand, you can receive some good quality items. My only complaint is that you can't use more than one coupon code. I received a coupon code via email but couldn't use the promotional free shipping code advertised on the website. Only one or the other. Didn't seem fair.

I gave zeros across the board. Got an email from the CEO about how he had personal oversight or whatever he claims about what goes on at this site. Realistically it was a generic computerized email that gets sent out to every single person that goes to the site for the first time and does not buy something. Doesn't care about the issues or the problems just wants to know why you didn't buy something. And not that they care why you didn't buy something for reason sake, just wanted to know,,, why didn't you buy something! Sent a reply inquiring about this circumstance and never heard back. I guess just like anyone else all they want is to sell you something.

I love this app. Shopping for name brand items especially the bags is my favorite. I've purchased 4 from here and love each bag. They look new and some still had tags. I've also exchanged items when something didn't fit and it was very easy to do so. Better quality than a thrift store and nice to shop from home.

If I put it in my shopping cart!!!! LEAVE IT IN MY SHOPPING CART DON'T KICK MY ITEMS OUT! LEAVE THEM ALONE! I DO NOT LIKE THAT YOU TAKE IT UPON YOURSELFS TO EXPIRE MY ITEMS AT YOUR WHIM! ITS BAD BUSINESS AND RUDE!

I called and chatted twice to find out what happened to the bag of clothes I sent for resale. I was told it was processing. Now the record of the bag received is no longer thete. Some of the clothes I sent had new tags on them. When the website first started it was great, but now, not sure what is going on.

Disappointed and disgusted!. Sent a bag of gently used like new too shelf brand children's clothing. There must have been between 8-10 pairs of old navy jeans alone worn many 3-5 time. Amongst all the other items. Long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts ect. They paid out exactly $2.30 I would have benefited more taking the time and selling them on my own. Very dissatisfied

Easy to use, fast shipping, and great selection! Everything I have received doesn't even seem worn. Even the packaging is nice! I'm in the process of a major weight loss, so nice to get things cheaper to get me through to the next size down!

I have used this stores for at least 5 large purchases, I have been pleased with my items. I have made two returns and it was so easy. I returned the items for being to big not due to quality. I like the fact they give you plenty of time to return items so your not in a big rush to fit it into a busy schedule. I love this store!!

Warning! Do not send your clothes to this place! They will give you pennies for them, even if it's a high end item in new condition. Customer service is laughable. Don't expect anything but a borderline snarky canned response from them on anything. Thredup doesn't actually seem to care about customer service. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Use literally any other app, but stay away from this one. It's not worth it.

It's a great way to find cloths at a cheeper price, or to sell your own clothing to make some extra cash at the same time getting rid of what's been hiding in your closet that you don't wear anymore & is just collecting dust! I'm starting to become addicted to this APP! Anyone that loves, needs to buy, or sell new/used clothing should try it out at least once & check this APP out! Who knows you might love it & become addicted too! Haha - JUST A REMINDER NO APP IS PERFECT-, BUT..... ThreaUp is a unique store with unique ideas, so if there's a glitch every now & again I'll work through it. It only stops working & needs to be reopened MAYBE once a week, if that. Thanks ThreaUp!

I love looking here for special events, but I've also gotten everyday casual clothes and dresses. The descriptions are very helpful and I love the wide variety of what's available. I'm amazed at the clothes I have found that are in excellent condition. These clothes are beautiful, but if you're not in love, the return process is pretty easy. Love ThredUp!

Update*** sold high end clothing and they offer between .65-2.00 rather give my clothes away ! .65 for Miss Me jeans Ordered once, the" almost new items" had stains, one of the jeans had gum and the other had a popped off button. It really is overpriced resale. They need to do a better job of inspecting. It would be great if they showed the flaws before you purchase

I like the app, but I wish I could filter pants by inseam length, as in a specific number of inches, not a range. Also, when it shows me similar items to the one I'm viewing, I wish it would filter for my size. Otherwise, I love this app. I've got 4 kids and a full time job, so getting to a mall or vintage store is really hard.

I would have given a higher rating but I noticed the prices have gone up significantly latley. I had been a customer for over a year and only encountered one problem and ordered alot of nice stuff but with this big price increase I will no longer be ordering from thred up.

Wish they had men's clothes as well. This is a great app! My daughter saw some things I'd ordered and has alread now picked out several things for herself!!

Great app. Only issue I've ever run into is when I am browsing with filters activated it will randomly reset and I'm looking at clothes not in my size. Then I have to restart. It's frustrating, but they have great deals.

Got my first polka dot box and I'm thrilled. For under 40 bucks got a pair of great fitting jeans and two tops. Can't wait for my next box I'm hooked. You've got to check them out. Great prices and the clothes barely look worn. In fact one of my items still has tags on it. Really check it out.

Terrible customer service. They used to be great, but now they don't even respond to time sensitive matters like refunds or returns. Very dissappointing.

Obsessed with this app, and ThredUp in general. I shop way too much, but the products and prices are fantastic!

Such fun! Since they fixed the bugs, I am able to browse to my heart's content. Great filter options for searching. And, of course, fabulous deals! What's not to love!?!

I am in love with this app. There are new items every day, and the products are mostly designer and in great condition. Shipping is affordable, fast, and the packaging is stylish. In addition, customer service is some of the best I've ever had, anywhere. There are also new features on the site that really personalize my shopping experience. I discovered ThredUp over a year ago and I'm still impressed.

If you have any questions, it took them forever to get back to you. My orders were never delivered and I sent them messages for several times for the past three days and they still couldn't give me an answer.

Large selection and everything I have received is in excellent condition. Great deals! Way to easy and convienant. Every item they have the measurements for which makes it way easier to shop online and I have not had to return one item yet. It's hard to find clothes that fit me well. The filters they have are great and also make it easier to narrow down to what you want. I highly recommend this app!! I'm on a budget and am able to expand my wardrobe at an extremely low price. Amazing!!!!!

I love ThredUp! I've ordered a few things so far, and I've been happy with all of my orders. I love the prices; I'm able to save money on clothes and styles that I want. I love the boxes that the orders come in, too. They're so cute! I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to save on clothes. I personally buy second-hand to save money and to help the environment. I don't know about selling to ThredUp, but buying clothes on here is a great experience! The app is very easy to use too.

Name brand clothes for affordable prices. They are secondhand, but the description include any wear and tear the clothes have. Plus the discounts make the prices even better.

The app is great with a vast variety of merchandise to choose from. My only complaint is that the app itself constantly crashes and that their customer service consists of text messaging only.

I just installed the app and was excited about all of the sweet deals I was ready to get into. Aaand... there's nothing for men?? Granted my wife and kids will most likely benefit from this app, but until I can as well, you get 2 stars.

I gave 4 stars I love it just not fond of the shipping time it takes almost a month to get to me and I am not liking the large costs to return clothes from my clean out and the prices they set for what they keep

Quality of the clothes is very good! Would like to see packing up of clothes to be in a larger box to cut down on wrinkling of some fabrics. But overall very satisfied!

I never buy clothes in the store anymore. I have been shopping at Thredup for a year now and couldn't be happier. Sizes are very accurate, returns are easy.

Nice, clean user interface. Easy to filter and sort, and saves my filter settings. Easy to shop from wherever I am. I also love that I'm helping the planet by giving such great items a second home. The only feature that would be nice to have on the app that's on the site is a countdown clock for the items in your cart.
