App won't let me make a payment or view history and the account balance was wrong

Simple and effective app that allows you to easily check your bin history and also see how much priced have been raised since like 2015.

Good and handy app, big thanks. On calendar (collection) would like to see current day perhaps more visible and more distinguished from other days. Its very light red color. Maybe circle if that's technically possible, it would be better. Since I need to look hard to find what day is today. Thanks again.

Its a great app it works all the time no problem with it. i would like text alerts sent to my phone a day before the bin is due.

I downloaded this App when first introduced as I am a customer of Thornton's for several years and looked forward to its simplicity of use in checking information and account balances on the go. In recent months the account balances are not up to date on the App which means I have experienced non collection of waste a number of times. In order for me to obtain a current balance I must access my account on the Thornton's web page. Very inconvenient. Please fix this.

Just has calendar and account balance. Sends you to the website to see any account details so it is pointless really!

App does not show balace correctly resulting in missed collections. The app should auto refresh daily or auto logout automatically when inactive to allow correct balance to show.

I've entered my account number & pin but getting an error. Account credentials are invalid, yet they work fine on the website.

Have missed several lifts as a result. Uninstalling as it is useless.

App average. But Thorntons regular annual fee increases (with usual excuses) and their customer service/relations are most certainly very much below average.

Would be nice to have my bin history aswell to check weights and charges.

Good app. Like the calendar to remind me for Green or Black bins.

Nice and smooth. Limited enough information at present but no doubt they'll add more later such as bin lift history which ia currently only available through the website. Well done Thorntons

Calendar is really handy I agree and its easy to use

Just installed the app and it won't let me top up my account.

Doesn't always show correct balance, customer cares solution just exit the app and restart it !!!!!

App sends you to website to check bin history/weights? The whole point of me downloading app to save having to go to website :-(
