Thorntons Refreshing Rewards

Update: Dec 31-17. I don't know if the version that came out in July was ever fixed because I simply located the old version and put it back on my device. Since then, I've purchased a new cell phone which is a different model. I downloaded the app and it works fine on it. As for the Smokers Offers, the app should automatically assume you want ALL offers available to you unless you decline or opt-out. It should simply ask you after the app first runs if you want the offers or not. You should NOT have to email or call the support line to OPT-IN on these offers. Other than that, the app is pretty solid, and easy to use. I upgraded this apps review to 4 stars, from 2 stars. Orig Post: App was updated on July 19, 2017 and now it won't open on my device. Crashes immediately. Was working fine with older version. Fix it.

This app has worked great for over 6 months, but suddenly it is messed up!For over a week now the app is taking forever to open. When it finally does open to the tobacco coupon options, I select Marlboro, and am redirected to an error page that says it cannot access the page you requested! I contacted Thornton's first but they didn't know what was wrong. So now I'm bringing the issue to the app developers. PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!!!!!

Used to be a great app, but has not worked in a year or so. Instantly shuts down upon loading the splash screen. Developers have no interest in fixing it, unfortunately.

Been using GasBuddy to find lowest gas prices, but this Thorntons Refreshing Rewards app works better because they've already got competitive prices. If you go onto the app under locations and enter your zip code, you can see other locations that are further but cheaper, if you get the Thorntons Refreshing Rewards when pay at the pump you can save 3 cent per 9/10 gallon. So if the price is $2.59 per 9/10 of a gallon then you'll only pay $2.56 per 9/10 of a gallon.

App keeps glitching out on submitting my birthday, so I can't complete my sign up! Thanks for nothing!

I love apps that make things easier on me, and this is one of them. It makes using my rewards card and coupons/points much simpler. I also like how they linked the Marlboro coupons to the app so I can access them right from here instead of having to go back and forth between this app and the Marlboro website (and the pages on the Marlboro website rarely load for me to even be able to use the coupons, and their app constantly glitches!). This app simplifies things, and who doesn't love simple?! ☺

Won't load anymore. Uninstalled several times hoping it would work on the reload. NOPE. Still a no go. Come on Thorntons! Get it together! Remodels cost you too much so you had to fire your I.T. crew?

Been a thorntons customer since they open and I can't use my app and lost all my points and have to start ovr! App wont load anymore and uninstalled the app several times and still dnt work...once fixed will give it 5 stars!!

I no longer receive any special coupon updates, I barely get any fuel discounts anymore other than birthdays, and I can't even see my visits anymore. What's going on with this app? Please send an update so that I can see how many times I visited a Thornton's location. Very aggravating.

Still not work lost my $0.10 off gal of gas for a month because I don't have a card when I applied and they never mail me one either

I used to like this app but after an update it will no longer load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times and it still won't work. I am very disappointed with your app

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 3 times. I can never get it to load to even put my login info in. Please fix it. Have a Samsung J7.

9/17/2016 - Works fine now. Had to uninstall and reinstall. 9/15/2016 - Still bad with no communication when a fix can be expected. Update will not display anything. Just seems to loop continually.
