About MyThomson Tablet
You can use the brand new MyThomson Tablet app if you’ve booked a holiday directly with Thomson in store, online or over the phone. Just log in 3-4 days after you have made your booking with all of your details at hand. Then you’re ready to manage your booking, plan excursions, book handy extras, plus lot’s more – all from the MyThomson Tablet app.

• We’ll send you push notifications act as handy little reminders so you don’t forget the important things before your holiday
• If you haven’t booked a holiday you can browse our great range of products straight from the tablet.
To log in you’ll need:
• Your lead passenger surname. (That’s the person that booked your holiday and receives all correspondence).
• Your departure date.
• Your booking reference number – it looks like this: 1234/567891.
• The second set of numbers can be between 4 and 8 numbers long.
Sorry, you can’t use the app if:
• You didn’t book directly with Thomson.
• Your booking includes more than 1 hotel or 2 flights.
• You have booked a Thomson Cruise.
• You’ve booked a First Choice holiday through Thomson.
If you don’t have an Android tablet you can still download the MyThomson app on your Android smartphone.
If you are a Thomson Cruises or First Choice customer you can still manage your holiday at:

You can only log into the MyThomson app if you’re travelling on holidays departing up until 31st October. Customers who have booked holidays departing from 1st November onwards will be able to log in soon. In the meantime, you can still download the app and browse our fantastic range of holidays.

I did rate this a good app last year when I went on holiday as I didn't have a problem with my mobile boarding passes and app was good. But now it's time for this holiday my mobile boarding passes are not on the app and my messages are missing and crashes. So very dissapointed as it was easy not having to rummage through bag for papers.

We really like this app, it helps with reminders & can really cheer up a wet Monday morning (just look at the countdown) . Only gripe is that if you have more than one holiday booked, you cannot check both.

Search seems to have a mind of its own. Doesn't save choice of low to high option. I saved fave holiday choices after several hours of looking and then it deleted my shortlist (this happened at least 4 times.) I have now given up!

Not all features that i have had in the past are available with this version. You cannot check balance or make payments online as you could previously do and you cannot share certain information with facebook (countdown). But does give you lots of info regarding resort adding extras and excursions.
