Downloaded this app on the assumption I could check in and have my boarding passes on the app. After hours of trying to work out how to check in via the app (this functionality does not exist), I then checked in on my pc. As per the description, the boarding passes don't actually appear after checking in - I'm now going to have to find a printer somewhere to print off the old school passes that have been emailed. Pointless app and offers no convenience like other companies apps do

Not impressed with this app. Apparently I can use it to check in (I couldn't) and use it for my boarding passes, except that I can't see them so I can't.! So what's the point of the thing. Easy jets is so simple, why isn't this? Emailing the support is no use either as they don't get back!

Rubbish since updating. Everytime I click on transfers to check when I'm getting picked up/dropped off, the app crashes. I gave it 5 stars before this happens and now I can't even check when my coach is picking me up. Sort this out and I will remove this comment and give it 5 stars once it's working properly

Well, after using this app the last 2 years, it now won't work for our holiday next year. Why oh why are Cruise holidays, on a Thomson ship, not allowed on the app?? Absolutely ridiculous.

Poor app functionality doesn't work. I.e. should be able to see excursions, however doesn't work. No boarding pass functionality. Extras such as booking parking or ordering currency also don't work. Basically a glorified countdown clock. Disappointing.

Used this app for many holidays and always found it useful and convenient. Sorry to hear other users struggle with it but I've never had any problems using my Samsung galaxy phones

HORRENDOUS APP! Recently went to Kefalonia and used the app to find the time of coloration for our transfer. It said 5:30 and we were delighted to discover it had left at 4:25... We had to get taxis to the airport. Me and my girlfriend are a young couple and the Thomson rep treated us like we were stupid and said "oh you should never trust the app". Then why does this feature exist?
