Monocle 24

I love the app, works exactly as intended. The only thing I would add is the ability to turn on and off the feed from the utility drop down, and have it turn off if something else starts playing.

Having problem after updating to 7.0 nougat. It keep stalling and stop playing.

Been a Monoclian for ages and I love catching up with their radio. It does freeze where it left off and the other night I was on a long road trip drive and I swear the DJ said its midnight like 5 times within that hour my data kept dropping off. Hope it gets fixed!

Downloaded this and all I get is a long advertising monologue about an hotel in melbourne...could not progress or turn it off

This app does nothing more for me than toggle between a black and white background. Seriously. Isn't it supposed to do something more than that? The magazine is great. The app, not so much.

Dissapointed, it doesn't work on my Sony Xperia Z, it switches between black and white screens and that's it..

I downloaded this app on a Samsung Note 5 and it does not work at all. When the app was started, a black screen comes on and nothing else happens.

I'm from Bs.As, Argentina and this app allows me to hear my fave radio wherever I go. simple but useful design.

So far I do not see a bunch of adds. I have found an app to indulge my intellectual pretentiousness that will someday swallow me like a dying star.

Why Don t android users get same app as ios?

Please don't add any more features. I love Monocle 24 and am thrilled that the app does exactly what I want and takes only 88k of storage on my phone, as I have a space issue.

This app would be stellar if it was Chromecast compatible.

It does get intermittent stoppage of streaming. And when I resumed it, the stream starts from where I started. Meh

Doesn't work. Black screen, nothing happening. Disappointed as it looks great aesthetically from the pictures.

The app is so crisp and simple, I love it. The only issue is that when I stop it and then start it, it resumes from where I stopped it, no matter how long the pause was. I have to manually go into my processes and stop the app to get it to resume a live feed. Great app, but this is annoying. Great work otherwise! If this is fixed it will be 5/5 for sure.

This is a great app to have a live feed of monocle 24. I typically listen to the bigger programs as podcasts but sometimes I want to listen live and this is a great app to do it with. The only issue is if you pause it, it picks back up where you left off instead of resuming live feed. I can kind if get why it is this way but it would be nice to have an option for it to resume live.

It's a clean one touch live feed of the Monocle station website. It requires no permissions & is proud of it! Only people who are familiar with the site will appreciate this idiot proof app!

I was happy that monocle came up with a functioning app, but why the static in the background? Some kind of hipster "it really sounds like radio!" throwback? No thanks! That is annoying! Please clean up the sound.
