This app is only marginally better than using the website in a mobile browser due exclusively to the fact it allows you to see the alt text. Otherwise the slider at the bottom of the screen blocks part of the comic and is thusly an annoyance I barely have the patience to deal with. I have been repeatedly notified of the same "new" comic for the past two days in spite of reading it in the app at least twice. I do not have the patience to deal with that so I am uninstalling the app.

Whenever you open up the bottom menu, the keyboard auto opens. It would be much better if it just opened after you pressed the search bar. Then whenever you close the menu, the keyboard stays open.

I liked the comics, size, zoom, toolbar, everything. It just needed a widget of the newest. That is wat I am trying to find. I found something with a widget but the comics r not good. Don't need this but will check 4 widget weekly! Do that and I will reinstall.

Works fine on both my nexus 7 and my Lenovo x61. Provides a notification when there's a new comic. Shows the mouseover text (unlike some XKCD apps). All in all a good XKCD viewer.

Love being able to read the alt text on my phone. The alerts for new comics are great too.
