注音語音溝通板

溝通板APP由於需要整合微動開關，以ANDROID系統為主，功能定義如下：

1. 輸入裝置串接：借由USB或藍芽的方式，將微動開關或其餘輔助器材與平板電腦串連。絕大部份的平板電腦在 3.5 mm Audio 接通後，會自動關掉聲音輸出。且上一代檢討報告中有強調無線叫人鈴及無線開關的設置，因此預計改裝二十台無線滑鼠，使其有能力做為微動開關的無線中繼台。

2. 全螢幕輸入介面：以全螢幕介面，實現第二代溝通板無法實現的需求：
