This app does not function anymore since BTC updated its post paid packages. It does not even show your usage data so It is practically useless. It still does not tell me how much data I have left it always says "unlimited" when I don't even have an unlimited plan. Also, sometimes it takes about 2 days before it updates your account. If this app can be upgraded to reflect my true data usage and have more real time updates (AT LEAST every hour) I will give it 5 stars.

Whenever I am trying to complete my registration I am getting "Unable to establish a secure connection to BTC servers." Can you please help!

It does not work it just says coming soon. They do not get back to u in anything like a timely manner

Hate it, just eats up space on my phone.

This app isn't making sense to me. It keep saying error try again something something. Calling y'all all day and the lines was busy all day. #BS

Edit: almost 7 months with no update. Had to drop my rating. Not being able to pay bills in-app, or maintain a login really drags this app down. Most needed features: 1) in-app bill payment for post-paid. 2) Persistent login (it's very annoying having to enter a username and password every time I run the app). Recommended features: Ability to edit package options, as well as live chat with service reps. Edit: took a while but they made a capable app. Full 5 stars.

Paid my bill in full using this app and even paid a little extra seeing that I had money left over. App only applied one of my payments and took my money. Bank said they released both payments to Btc call Centre so I don't know where my other $150.00 went. Thought this was a good way to pay my bill since am always on the go, but I was so wrong. Still waiting to hear from Btc about my other $150.00 that have seemed to gone missing!

I actually used to use this all the time and found it to be very convenient for checking the balance on and topping up my account. However after the last update, as a customer with only a prepaid cell phone, this app became pretty pointless to me since the ability to top up has now been redirected to your site. Now just a shortcut to the top up page on my desktop suffices, and this app is now bloatware. I would think that a company would want people to keep their app. Uninstalling.

I'm down to my personal details and it won't allow me to continue. What to do? Patiently waiting on your reply.

BTC has done an awesome job with turning this app around. Thanks for listening BTC. Very useful and easy to use. Watching BTC TV is the best part.

This is the most worthless app on the play store. You can never sign up properly. Sometimes it accepts your login information sometimes it doesn't. It's crap and it should be removed from the store for wasting people's time

Please work the prepaid section. When I try the top up, even though it did top up the app replies that it failed and timed out. It can confuse people into topping up twice.

Wont let you add an account

I love this app. I have had no issues like other persons. Pretty straight forward and I can keep abreast of my usage. Would love to be able to pay via the app though.

Wast of time and data! Downloaded it to monitor my account, but once I log out, I can never get back in. 'Log In' box is not lit like the 'Register' box once the app is reopened. Have to download and re-install it every time I wanna check my post paid account, smh...

Cant access my usage on the app section it givinf me and error that no data allow for this account fix please.

What is the 10 digit service number? I tried 242 with my telephone number and it does not work...it doesnt give me the option to click the next button.

I had issues trying to register because they asked for driver's license# but my NIB# is actually linked to my account. But I called call-btc and Hilda told me to use the nib# even though it asked for DL#. After that, no issues and I can now know when I'm over my minutes :-)

This app would NOT open! I was actually excited to utilize it!
