Rubbish app.!!!!!! Not impressed at all. Got a new phone Sony X n I am lucky to get 20 seconds before it goes off!!!! Old phone which was Sony X3 was great. If there's a bug with the app n Sony X please hurry up n fix it

Use the app to listen on Saturday nights, does the job with no issues, just a shame the station isn't this good all the time

Appn works ok. But a rock music station has been changed to a commercial one like absolute radio and now theres bleedin sports talk shows

Great station but needs a listen again button like radio x app has Both global come on let us listen again 5 star after listen again

Why bring sports talk to rock music station ruined it all

Working in a noisy place this app is the perfect solution to keep the music between me and the machinery

Works once. Then you have to uninstall and reinstall for each time you use it. Worst app in the history of creation.

Doesn't work

Has been months since I was last able to listen via streaming but works on my phone now. Even works with the hi res screen on my tablet as well. :)

Absolutely love the radio station and upon seeing this app I thought it would be a great way to take a little bit of Manchester away on holiday with me, the problems is it simply does not work! Stream continually updates without actually playing anything, no exaggeration I am yet to hear a single thing out of the app, absolutely useless!

Update on my post. Was brilliant on my Samsung galaxy S2 and s3 but not working s4 Rock radio Scotland was gone and real xs came into play and for ages no update for the app to cover scotland just manchester which is great but finally real xs scotland option is on app and i can enter comps as postcode now works and i can request tunes by email which is great concidering i want them to play some mark tremonti his project album all i was is excellent rock on real xs ps more metallica and alterbridge please.

If you want an app that constantly restarts its stream until it eventually gets bored and gives up, or if you want an app that crashes when you press a button, then this app is for you. If, like me, you want an app to listen to real radio xs no matter where you are then you're going to be disappointed. For such a top class radio station, the app is absolute bobbins. 1 star only because there is no zero star option. Fix it and I'll change my rate and my review.

I haven't heard any music from this app for a long while. Keeps saying restarting stream and failed to restart stream.

It's good when it works but it's so temperamental sometimes it just won't load which means I'm sat in silence when I should be rockin out to some classics. also marked it down cos they play way too much Muse and never play Robin trower

For about three weeks now, it just won't work!!!! Either restoring stream or most tines just nothing, sort it out! This is my favourite radio station guys, you're going to lose a listener or two if you don't pull your finger out

Worked fine with my apple but has never worked with any of my Samsung devices. Tab 3 galaxy 4 and 5. Please fix it.

After finally getting Scotland back as an option for us Jocks, everything seems to be ok... Except every now and then, it will shut down. I can forgive buffering, that's the connection. But random restarts are the app. Other than that, good app. Used in the car for when I'm out of radio coverage.

Same as the old real radio app, will not work on my s4 where as it works on my old htc sensation. Really need to fix it!!

Would be better off with a radio bilt into the phone.

Rock radio used to rock. Then real XS ruined it. The music went down hill all the best staff left. But from the ashes rose a phoenix called Team Rock Radio. In the words of the geriatric scrotum sweeny. "See ya wouldn't want to be ya"

1. Continually restarts streaming. Ive yet to hear music from the app! 2. I choose Scotland as my location yet I'm still offered Manchester stuff 3. Try hitting the Schedule button and you'll get dirty great 404 page doesnt exist message.

Great music and I'm glad there's finally an app, but unfortunately I'd be listening to it and it just stops playing

Didn't work on my hudl!! Didn't work on my Samsung s3 phone either! :(

I used to love this app, listening to it all the time, but lately it never buffers. Never. I've tried Scotland and Manchester to no avail. Please sort this out guys.

Just doesnt work..used to listen on DAB...Then they stopped the Lancashire transponder...This doesn't work either

App wont load

This app seems to have trouble working on galaxy s4 device, just continues to buffer but never loads

Bring back rockradio for Scotland. App also stops playing regularly and i need to open and press play.
