When I Work Scheduling

When I work is great....when IT works. We are on a regular basis getting conductivity issues where there are non as well as having the app stop working completely on a fairly regular basis. We can simply reinstall but when your staff are trying to clock in and get to work having to take 5 min is a tiresome process. Please fix and I will change my my rating.

I had this app on my iPhone and I could see the total hours scheduled for the week. But I can't see that now on my android. I miss that option, please. Edit - Thank you for adding the total hours per week. You're awesome!

App keeps crashing when i tried to filter my schedule. Been uninstalling and restalling but no use. Older version without the filtering is so MUCH better. Kindly fix it!!

The app is user friendly, it started to crash on start up or I would rate it a 5 "update to 5 stars" Tech support was very friendly and helpful. The app is very useful, You can manage your schedule as well as time off, but that is not all it does. If you're looking for a scheduling app, this may be what you are looking for.

I love this before my work was using a spreadsheet which can be very hard to read. This allows one to see the schedule easier.

Needs a little widget to display your next shift. I have missed shifts because the shift notification is not stable, and does not always inform of your next shift.

This is the 1st time that we can have a handle on what is going on plus cutting down calling to find out when we work next.

Definitely nice for easy scheduling. Allows details about shifts to be provided alongside the actual schedule. Also makes availability very clear and easy to understand.

Great if my boss stays consistent with what is posted on the app. ;) I need to check my email more.

I cant even sign up because it doesnt connect.

Most convenient and comprehensive scheduling system I've ever used hands down!

I use it to clock in and out and to record my shifts, works great for what I need.

I like to be able to look at when I work as well as other people on the same shift or trying to me and it gives you reminders when you have a shift

I've looked in my phone settings and within the app but where is calendar sync? It's as plain as day in the iphone version and it ought to be included in the android version. Please include a calendar sync if it's not already, or make it easier to locate! It's a good app sure but not without its lag in both android and iphone versions. Using a galaxy s8 and an iphone 5. Works but both are slow or unresponsive at times...

App is great. Haven't found a way to set 5 min reminder to check in while to work. Only informs me that I have work tonight and a notification that I am late. With my busy schedule it'd be nice to get like a 5 min warning to clock in. Other then that the app works great. Simple and easy to use.

The app keep crashing my work depend on it as this is where I pick my delivery shift and now I can't get enough shift because the app just stop working. If no star was possible I'd have. It use to work fine before now it's a nightmare. Fixed the android version of it as people bread and butter depend on it working and not bugging

Tried the app and it wouldn't let me get past the name and address without giving me an error message. Will try a different app if I can find one

Cant view timesheet, nor am i provided with my days pay , isn't this suppose to part of the apps function. Please correct me if I am wrong

App is so easy to use. Wish my job had it when I first started. Have no reason now to say u didnt know u had to work. Now I don't need to take a pic of the schedule at work.

Works pretty well. Haven't had a problem yet and I've had this app for two years now.

There is a glitch in my app. It keeps saying i have to acknowledge shifts which I have already acknowledged multiple times. Can't even access my work schedule!! ????

The worst app, both on mobile and the computer. Why my employer continues to use this app is beyond me. What good is knowing your schedule, if you still can't clock in. And try installing app, it continues to say wrong username/password. You reset your pw, still doesn't work. Don't bother.

If you ever had trouble mastering your work schedule, "When I work" is there to provide you the adequate help. Sometimes, when you are busy in life and you need a reminder maybe you might forget your schedule, just let "When I work" be your reminder. What are you waiting for to download and enjoy this phenomenal app?

Current update doesn't let me click on addresses to open GPS. Apps says something went wrong and force closes every time.
