When I Work Time & Attendance

This app constantly crashes, and I'm forced to uninstall it and reinstall it. Half of the time that does not even work. This app is terrible. I'm running it on a high-end Samsung tablet, and it is literally the only app used on the tablet.

Very frustrating..crashes too often. Two days ago, I could not clock out, got a Black blank screen. I've un-installed & re-installed...still unable to clock in or out or even open app.

Does what it says. I like this version better than the green one because its straight to the point without all the extra features I don't use. I can clock in and out and check my punches. That's all I need.

All I'm getting is a black screen and because of that it's messing up my payroll. I uninstalled now I'm getting some error, I need this app

Where it should say clock in it says no shift schedule?

This app keeps disconnecting from the internet at all of our 5 locations we use it at. Then it won't open all together, needs bug fixes!

For as important as this app is, and as good of an idea as it is, the app is terrible, and had been mostly unusable for a long long time

App blacks out completely and i cannot clock in or out so the app is basically useless when it does this

Literally doesn't work for me whatsoever anymore. After the most recent update I have constantly been shown as "not at location" even though I clearly am. Have tried restarting my phone multiple times, as well as Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Used to work. Hasn't worked for at least a couple months now. Force quits on open every time. Using a Nexus 5x on Android 7.1.1. Please fix.

Started using for the ease of access. Then bam no more access. Crashes immediately. Have to buy another one now.

Could you make this for Android wear, as well, that way I could quickly clock in without having to pull my phone out.

Can't load the app on table this is the one thing it should do we Need them to be a clock point and at this point it's not doing it at all so if your business need to have this service at this time it's not working as it should

There are problems like the dashboard not working or the map. It keeps saying im in transit. This needs to be fixed.

Hi. I habe a galaxy tab 3 lite I wanted to use as a time clock. The app doesnt even open.

Tried others. This just works. Simple interface. Good support. Staff use it.

This app force closes constantly. Making it extremely frustrating when it comes to clocking in and out. Sometimes it won't let me when I need it to and by the time it starts to work again, I'm already working! Needs a serious update, and fast!

This app does not work 80% of the time. Can't clock in because it can't find my location won't show time sheets. Before you ask, yes my location is turned on and yes this stupid app has access to it

I downloaded this app for work. I'm almost never able to clock in (or out). Usually was never brought up, wouldn't allow me to sign for awhile. Thought it's make thing easier. Which, when it's working, is nice. But not worth all the frustration.

I had to maually enter time and it would automatically mess up my timesheets, bc it kept clocking me out at 5 am or change my ams to pms and vice versa. It wouldnt let me fix it On7/11/16, my boss was very rude and ugly to me about them messin up. I told her that this was not my fault, and she said this WIW app is on the web, and it cannot mess up. I was told if i didnt know how to clock in and out, then i couldnt do anything right. It was unfair, and really insulting. App has 2 many gliches!

I love the app, but I just had to uninstall and reinstall due to it just shutting down. Worked great for months, then, in April, I would click the app to clock in and got a dark screen only.

From when I open the app to clock in, it starts draining my battery massively until I force close it Reply: Yeah I use plenty of apps that require location services to be enabled. There is an immediate cause and effect with your app. I open your app, and my battery starts draining like crazy. Every time.

After seeing up terminal mode this app wants to become my default home launcher and won't function until I Uninstall and reinstall. Am I missing something?
