MyGuide Thailand (Electronic Tourist Guide for Thailand)
MyGuide Thailand is an application for tourists, which locates and provides information of historical sites, attractions, places to visit, local travel maps, and local routes for sightseeing in Thailand. The application locates your current position from GPS to know where you are (location awareness), and then find nearest attractions by presenting digital multimedia contents of those attractions to you. The digital multimedia contents may consist of guide books, audio guides, video guides, travel maps, etc. During you are visiting in Thailand, the application will provide handful travel guide information in everyplace you go, as a personal tourist guide. This program is supported by National Innovation Agency of Thailand and Tourism Authority of Thailand.
