Konforta OMS

Konforta OMS (Order Management System) est un outil pour la gestion et le suivi des commandes destiné aux clients de Konforta.

Konforta vous propose l'Applimobile Konforta OMS (réalisée par la société think tank Business Solutions SARL) pour vous informer de l'état d'avancement de votre commande, depuis sa création jusqu'à la livraison.

Konforta OMS vous permet non seulement de sélectionner le modèle de (ou des) l'article(s) objet de la commande à partir de notre catalogue produits, mais il vous permet aussi de prendre des photos à partir de votre Smartphone ou Tablette. Vous pouvez ainsi photographier tous les détails de votre article, et qui seront attachés automatiquement á la commande. Vous avez donc une vue détaillée sur votre commande avec toutes les informations utiles y compris les images. Une fois validée, la commande apparait à l'instant même sur notre tableau de bord, un de nos responsables la prend en charge pour la faire passer en production en tenant compte de la date de livraison qui vous sera communiquée avant la validation la commande.
Une fois votre commande est prête, Konforta OMS vous envoie une notification Push et change automatiquement son état qui apparaitra sur l'écran de votre Smartphone avec la confirmation de la date de livraison.

Konforta offers the Applimobile Konforta WHO (conducted by the company think tank Business Solutions Ltd) to inform you of the progress of your order, from creation to delivery.

Konforta WHO not only allows you to select the model (or) article (s) subject of the order from our product catalog, but it also allows you to take pictures from your smartphone or tablet. You can take pictures all the details of your article, and will be automatically attached á order. So you have a detailed view of your order with all relevant information including images. Once validated, the command appears at once on our dashboard, one of our leaders the support to move it into production, taking into account the delivery date which will be communicated prior to the validation of order.
Once your order is ready, Konforta WHO sends you a push notification and automatically changes its state, which appear on the screen of your smartphone with the confirmation of the delivery date.
