The student data doesn't get synced up to the server. Despite repeated follow up the team cannot solve the issue and is not at all helpful. They just have some standard answers to your queries and don't go beyond that. Looks like biggest mistake buying this course

After purchasing material no follow up.till i purchased IIT persons keep on calling n convincing .then they disappeared. It being one week mentor app showing error.Materials no doubt good but poor after sales service.

Even the parental user id and access code is not working. Complaint regarding the same has been sent but no one is responding. If it is not working properly how the parents may track their wards improvement. Let's do some remarkable change in the education. Don't concentrate only on the business part but devote time on service. Please the parents are investing their hard money for their wards future. I am completely unhappy that within 24 hours of booking the complaint no one has responded till yet.

I bought a 9th standard tab for my son. Requesting to change the product from the very first day. Nobody cares after sale. Making fool of people. Helpline doesn't register complaint. Beware of these kind of INSINCERE companies. JUST BAKWAAS!!!!!

Personal mentor is a marketing gimmick. No one contacted after purchasing the program. The child is left to pursue on his own. They do not keep their promises. Highly dissapointed!!

Looks like the aim is to just make money by advertising IIT people. No after sales service, no follow up. Have received monthly learning plan only twice so far during the entire year. Call center is also like any other, doling out standard answers to whatever you ask.
