About Recharger - Quick recharge
Recharge cards are not annoying anymore. Recharger is the quickest way to recharge your mobile account when you have a recharge card in your hand. It can scan and read any Dialog, Mobitel, Etisalat, Hutch or Airtel recharge card so you don’t have to type the PIN number manually.
Just point the camera to the recharge card and Recharger app will automatically detect the PIN number for you. It can even detect your mobile carrier, so you don’t have to enter any other code. Just press “Dial Now” to recharge your phone instantly or share the PIN with someone you care.
Important note : Accuracy of the PIN detection may vary depending on the quality of your device camera. We are working really hard to make sure that we use latest technologies to accommodate most of the android devices.

Worst fake app . It couldn't recognise anything. It takes long time to scan but it doesn't detect and recharge anything. You can scratch and dial to recharge within this time. tried a lot of times .but they were unsuccessful. I recommend don't install this fake app.

Good try. But need bulk of upgrades. App is detecting card numbers perfectly. But when I turned to call there is no * and #. So I suggest you to upgrade the app.

Nice work by thicken. Usually im using recharge cards and often reloads. Now its a happier task to scan n dial than typing. Finally found a usefull sri lankan app.. worth it 7 stars.
