I can log in, but can't find out how much credit is in my account .... so I suppose I have to go to website version. So what is the point?

Very poor performance locks up, doesn't work well at all, either fix it or discontinue it. Lets the Society down badly. Will delete it now.

Doesn't work - simple as that. Tapping on the home screen doesn't do anything so unusable. Will now uninstall. A very disappointed member of the Society.

I thought it would be helpful to have this app to make ordering easier. Sadly it did not work on my Samsung S6. Long waits before keystrokes were recognised and completing an order was not possible.

Each time I wish to use this app I am asked to select for updates. I do and after that it freezes

Most menus on home screen don't work. User interface is weak and it's difficult to browse wine, which would be its main use. Will be uninstalling. Would LOVE a good Wine Society app, but this isn't it.

Unintuitive menus don't help, but the main problem I have with this so app is that going down menus is very difficult. There are seems to be a selection issue which means one has to keep pressing and tapping the screen for ages until selection occurs. Going up the menu works fine. If this issue were sorted I'd be much happier with the app. Haven't tried to use it to buy wine.

I downloaded this app specifically to be able to use my phone to easily check the status of an order placed on the web, only to discover that it cannot be done, as this app operates entirely independently of the website. Separate shoppimg carts, separate order history. Whose stupid idea was that? Maked no sense. Deleting.

Was excited to see this, but my goodness what a shocking, dreadful and shoddy App. We deserve an App that works!

Guys guys guys. This app is an embarrassment. I really don't understand how you can leave an app available in the store that simply doesn't work. You must fix this, it's been like this for months and now appears to be getting worse - none of the menu buttons do anything for me now.

I like the idea of the app more than the implementation but as others have said, some menus don't work and need fixing. You can't select elements in some, but not all, of the filter lists for example. The basket is temperamental. I'd love to be able to look over my past and current orders. If integrating this in the app is too much maybe you could just put a link through to the website and pass the app authorisation through so I don't have to log in again. I could then opt out of paper and save society cash

I press 'buy wine' on home page. Nothing happens.

The process of buying wine (fundamental) does not work. When you add a bottle, it adds 3 to your basket (nice, but could get expensive). Can't edit quantity in basket. If you remove one item completely, it clears your entire basket! No pictures of bottles. Generally a pain to use, website much better. Deleting the app, it is pointless.

I know it's a great app. When it works...

Most menus do not work. Can't scroll without keyboard popping up (galaxy 6). If you persevere the basket on the website is a different basket on the app. It all most makes me think of abandoning the wine society altogether.

Installs & validates login details, but unusable thereafter as no menus expand. I do wonder what if any testing was done.

Downloaded this app for the second time thinking it would be make it easier to order some wine. Couldn't find a way of searching by product code or alphabetically. Failed to find the mixed case I wanted and didn't have the patience to start looking for the white wine. Now know why I deleted the app before. Have now ordered through the website. If an app doesn't add value over the website it's hardly worth the development effort.

Updated review: Still no update. Last time this app received an update was November 2014. From a company that is supposed to be all about it's members, having an app where half the buttons don't work is unforgivable. This app needs fixing otherwise there's no point in having the app. You're better off using the website.

I just wanted to check a wine I'd bought a bit back. Nothing on the menu was any help. This app needs more work to make it was useful as the website.

I had high hopes for this. But it's buggy and slow and next to useless. Not worth bothering with until it's been fixed

This app refuses to recognise my input on Android 5 on experia z3

Essentially the app doesn't like the Internet.

Used to be OK but certainly since my upgrade to Marshmallow a lot of the menus don't open when you click. Needs an update for latest Android versions it seems.
