Vitality Today for Android
Cant understand why there isn't an option for sHealth sync. Samsung is a prevalent device maker. I refuse to buy another compatible device just to track steps. Tried "Health Sync" app too and apparently Vitality doesn't accept google fit data that is a static entry. Please look at adding Samsung to supported devices. Fit inst an option since my cell is rarely in my pocket during work hours.
Go ahead and connect it to Google Fit and watch it never register your steps properly. So much fun to be screwed out of points daily.
My steps are not being linked to my Vitality account. I use fitbit flex and it just stopped recording my steps.
Have not been able to log gym visits. Very frustrating.
I had to switch phones, and now the app will not open on this phone, I get a message saying Unfortunately we can no longer support previous versions, please download the newest version. Now I cant use the app.
Google Fit does not log alkyl my steps! My fitbit does, hoping the connection to Fitbit is counted more than Google Fit. Just figured out how to log visits to my gym. Shouldn't be that hard.
App stopped working today on android and iphones
Spins? Where did the wheel go to spin for prizes?
Sometime my gym visits do not get logged...
App won't load when I try to log on it starts to load and then freezes.
Dope
Awesome app.
Its good
Awesome app
Gym check-ins still seems quite flawed. Only registers half the check-ins successfully and that's a good day. Support passes the buck to the gyms WiFi when you aren't using their connection.
Have not been able to log a gym visit in the last month. Would also be nice if the login cookie lived longer than it does (a month?).
I was happy to hear they added Google Fit support but the app isn't showing my steps and there is no way to manually sync the apps.
When I tap register, the app starts a never ending loading process
Easy to use, to sync with other apps and helps me to keep track of my fitness goals
My fitbit account is connected to vitality. My steps from my blaze upload on my fitbit account fine. But they never link to vitality like they should. So i never het rewarded for my steps. They logged fine earlier in the year. But during the last few months it is like the two apps stopped communicating. I tried uninstalling both apps and reinstalling. That didn't work. I emailed customer service and never heard back.
Why log me out? I have the app for easy access. Let me stay logged in so I'm not trying to remember 1 of 100s of passwords when I want check in.
I got a response from the company that completely ignores my complaint. Just a generic response now I hate it even more.
Great adjunct to vitality program, because you are pushed to meet exercise goals with the chance to spin the wheel to win! Plus, submitting activities is SOOOO much easier...just a click of your proof of activity...yeah!
Needs ability to link to other popular devices and apps like Samsung fit watch and SHealth.
Love the app. We have found it to be very helpful to stay on track of our health goals.
I Use it everyday
I use this with my work. I absolutely love it!!!
Excellent
Waited for the July update and it still cannot log workout. Verified connection to gym wifi and other apps can connect. Gives no details of the error just says it can't submit and to make sure I have internet connection. I only use this app because my employer requires it for health rebates. It's awful!
This app has improved significantly since I first started using it a few years ago. Today, with Google Fit integration, the app can finally be of some real use to us Android guys outside of logging workouts at the gym. Thanks for finally adding Google Fit!
For some reason the company I work for has chosen Vitality to incentivize it's employees to be healthy. It takes more effort to log a workout than to actually work out. You can't even connect your Android Wear device. If you don't connect a device you have to get a certificate from the gym for your workout - LOL Seriously? Perhaps this is all for a mental workout...
Even after the new update, the app still does not log my gym workouts. My gym has terrible Wi-Fi, so I had to rely on data, which won't work because I have to be connected to Wi-Fi
So far it has been doing what I need it to do. To early to tell if there are issues with the app.
This app loses about 1/3 of my workouts. I start the 30 minute timer. After 30 minutes it says it can't log your workout. I have to do this for work so its not an option to just say oh well. I have to constantly restart the counter and dir at the gym waiting for it another 30 minutes and pray it connects.
Gps tracking at gym works terribly on Wi-Fi connection. I've lost a hundred points this year due to this issue. *In response to the response below: I meant I've lost a hundred points even AFTER submitting for half credit.
This app only logs about 30% of my actual gym visits. It finds the gym and the countdown timer starts. After 30 minutes a pop-up window appears saying that it can't log the visit. Even though I don't leave the gym and I don't keep my phone in the locker. It is so inconsistent that it is frustrating.
Gym tracker option of the app always had the GPS in a different area than the gym I'm in unable to log time spent without any update fixes
I sometimes have trouble finding what I'm looking for. I do like the desktop version better.
I've been trying accees certain parts of this app for 2 days. I've never had any problem with this app until now. I've uninstall and install it back to make sure if it will work better. Please fix this.

Does not work with ANY Samsung devices. Syncing to Google fit also seems worthless. I am urging my employer to consider something else because Vitality's lack of seamless sync support on Android and Samsung is unforgivable. Really, really frustrating and annoying to tedious. Please don't leave some obsequious apology for my frustrations: just give me a timeline when Samsung will be fully supported.
