Most people have already replaced their wrist watch with their cell phone. This app allows you to literally use your phone as a wrist watch.
The unique feature is turning the screen on automatically when you look at the watch and turning it back off when you are not. The clock will only appear if the screen is OFF and in the right position. Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxUduZR78c0
This app will lower your battery life, but that's the price you pay for the ultimate wrist watch. You can set a sleep timeout that turns off the accelerometer after a period of no movement to save battery life when not in use.
The background is just your current wallpaper. There is also a chronometer/stop watch at the bottom. Activate by single touch, reset with long touch.
Tip: exercise arm bands can be repurposed as wrist bands for this app.

5/5 for the idea, 1/5 for actually doing it. It brings up the watch screen ok but I can't get it to turn off by lowering it. The screen forces full brightness which is too much, it should use system brightness. The background is just the settings screen if it's up in app history, but when it's not it's your home screen including quick launch icons. Using on galaxy s5.

This is a great prototype idea, but more is required. If it could be like a theme for your phone so that you can actually access apps and the screen orientation flipps to being landscape, like the watch, but allows you to access everything.

Hi, Thank you for the app. it is very nice though I need to invent a wrist band for my galaxy note though it would be very big.... One shall look like a space invader after having one though =) Can you also add features like removing the stopwatch changing the date format, choosing different colors for the app wallpaper other than the phone wallpaper (ofcourse with having it as an option). But I find the options a bit lacking, having an option for font size would make this more suitable for a lot more phones without anything over lapping. Also font color would be great, I really can't think of anything else that would improve this, I haven't used this for an extended amount of time.
