Transit: Real-Time Transit App

As I had mentioned even when I gave 1 star, this is the best app for transit tracking I have encountered thus far. To add more sugar to it, their response is swift and effective. The updates have solved some minor issues I faced and this app is certainly worth 5 stars (even more if allowed). Edit: Recent bug fixes are awesome

Schedule and arrival times WILDLY inaccurate! Do not trust! Edit: The times were way off and also would change unpredictably. Too far off for useful planning. Could be a bug.

The notifications on my pop-up doesn't reflect the same details on app. Clicking on the pop-up doesn't give me the same information either. Update: notification fixed. There's a delay in the pop-up notification and notification in app. Real-time is not accurate. Decided to wait for another train which showed time at 5 min. but turns out it's 9 min. Train arrived and was still showing @ 7miuntes. Good app to have overall but I wouldn't depend on it at this time.

The Android wear interface needs some improvement. I would like to be able to use go from it instead of having to pull my phone out. Also the main app should sync with my Google account so when I install it it knows my home and work address. But those are minor compared to how much easier it makes using public transit.

As a free App I think it's pretty handy and there's no ads!! The only problem I experience frequently is that I have to quit the current navigation if my location changes. For example, sometimes I just walk to another place but the route remains still, even though the user indicator moves on the internal map already. No, refreshing won't update the starting location. Compared with Google Maps, it's more user-friendly as Google's is not very accurate especially when buses are early or late.

Inaccurate times. Missed the bus multiple times because the realtime arrival indication occasionaly lacks up to 4 minutes behind. My bus line is split in two parts without recognizing the connection so that it wants me to change bus where there is no need for it. UI is a bit unituitive, but ok.

Your release notes have vanished. Are you following the typical Google developer behavior now, telling consumers to screw, while releasing updates WHERE NO ONE BUT YOU knows what has changed? This will always result in lower review stars.

This app is making life easier in the morning. With two young kids, running to catch a bus that may or may not be coming was never much fun. One question: with no ads, how are you making enough money to keep this going? This is like getting a free lunch every day, and you know what they say about a free lunch...

Crashs solved, some slowness perhaps server side. Still stay a strong and great app

This app was awesome at 1st now it's not accurate and I'm constantly trying to figure out when my next bus arrival is coming..I don't knw what you guys did but it's needs 2be fixed if not I'm uninstalling

Widget won't work when it's moved to SD card. Ridiculous.

The time for the bus arrivals are constantly wrong

You guys should collaborate with STM. maybe have there drivers use the app to constantly stream there current location.

Before u updated this, it was perfect. It always told me when the bus or train was coming, but now.... It'll say everything is at least 30 mins away. Or it'll go from 8 mins away to 30 mins away. Like it'll quickly change. What's going on here? It's not reliable anymore =(. Im really dependent on this. Please fix

I used to love this app form last 3 years.. but after recent update inculding GO thing..is very bad for me.. app is not working properly all timings are wrong... i missed 4 busses last week compared to last 3years..timing was never wrong but it really bad now...

For users of public transportation this is the only app you need, this app alone is Worth having a smartphone, I am using it on my asus zenfone 2 with 0 problems, mostly in Laval and Montreal and it is very accurate. Trip planner is good. Nearby bus function very helpful. They add notification for stop approaching. Near perfection I don't know what else they can add, maybe teleportation management.

No walking directions navigate only shows you a map. Not a priority to developers. This app has become obsolete. CTA trains come every few minutes and the app can't do anything besides guess when the train is coming. After that, you have to switch apps. What's the point??? Good luck

I hate when it does not keep me up to date!! It does not show me that the bus is delayed. Was in a bus stop and the show me that the bus is coming in 3 min but I waited 17 min outside under the rain. And the worst is when I was returning home there came the bus on my back... this happened many times

This app is great... When it works. But it has issues with constantly crashing and not announcing set up notifications. Alongside that, when planning a trip the options do jump without warning, even when you're in the midst of a Transit trip. It's a great concept and I want to like it, but it's not very useful unless it works when needed.

Success!!! I really love this app more than any other, and I'm finally able to access it again. Had trouble after my phone updated but Katie stuck with me until the issue was resolved. Now I'm back taking "no worry" trips complete with bells and whistles, including distance to bus stop with voice that tells me if I should "hurry", how many stops till I reach my destination and once I've arrived, walking distance before, in between and after, etc. Wonderful app!

Useless unless your bus is exactly on schedule all the time. The gps bus tracking does not seem to work at all. Instead of just using gps to show you where the bus is, they hide that and just tell you how much time they think it should be. But the time is usually wrong. And if a bus is not showing up, the timer just counts down anyways, and you'll be standing there watching the timer restart for the next one.

Really helps with bus timing. There's a few times where it dosent show the right times or the updating time for the whatever bus your taking takes to long and can mess up your trip, but this only happens with buses that take routes with construction going on. Other then that it's very helpful

Finally got my little moving bus back!!! Bug fix LONG OVERDUE. If I have one complaint, it is, if we have a bug, the fix takes too long for resolution. Stay on top of your feedback and get us updates sooner than possible. Lol.
