St Catharines Transit

most the time it's Way Off. been late for work a few times, even leaving ten minutes earlier than when it says. Are the GPS devices on these buses getting relayed by pioneers on Morse code? What network could be that horribly inaccurate? Called transit and they say my bus was early and next was 22 mins. Then three mins later it went by as I'm walking to my next best option. Something is broken SC, maybe think about fixing it!

Accuracy is horrible. Watch bus go past when app says 10 minutes out. Use it only for very rough estimates. Be very early or risk missing the bus. Not good for people new to this transit system.

Just get transit instead it doesn't tell me there's no bus form pen to brock like this one

You will never make it on time so have fun. The times aren't making sense and I would love to know what bus I should take and when it truly arrives. Smh

I use it to get an idea what time the buses are there. Don't waste your time, just use what schedules they have posted. This is inaccurate, I missed a couple buses becuase they said x:39 when I leave the house, but when I'm at the stop it says it passed and arrived at x:25. Really?

Could be very helpful but keeps crashing and doesn't show this the most effective or even the correct way. Use a different app for now

St catharines transit either needs to update this app or simply get their s*** together, preferably both, because i've frequently been waiting at a stop for a bus that the app tells me is coming, and it never comes and i end up waiting 25 minutes in the cold instead of 5 minutes

Never correct. Notifications always 10 minutes off or don't work. And it doesn't properly sync what time it is with time on phone

Annoying because it doesn't work sometimes.

I was very satisfy with this app 100% of the time. Not even once disappointed. If you want a great app and you know where you are going. I strongly suggest you download this app.

It worked perfectly for me.

Missed a very important meeting first time using the app. Thought to myself how convenient it was when I downloaded. Set up a 10 minute warning to let me know to walk out the door. Bus stop is a 2 min walk away and as soon as I stepped out the door the bus was already gone around the corner and I missed it!!.. Very upset and has made it so I'm now unable to complete a 15 week program because I missed the first day!!! ...STC...u owe me. FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT. YOURE MESSING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!

App works wonderfully. Hopefully more cities in Niagara Region will join in.

The app won't even work it crashes when i look up a route. So disappointed. The problem has been going on for months now no matter how many times they update. If i could give 0 stars i would. Bs

Honestly i loved it when I first got it. I've been using it for about two months and now Everytime i try to load it to find when my bus comes it won't load anything. Just opens up to a black page and when it does load it freezes

The weekend routes are the biggest joke in the world. They are always at LEAST 10 minutes late for no reason and I literally miss my connector every single time due to your complete incompentancy.

It helps me get around St catharines without my boyfriend since he lives there and he always tell me new things while I'm in town.

Not bad for an app that intergrates across transit systems to keep you on time and informed. I had one bus driver tell me not to use the app. Which I thought was odd. "Leaving now" pop up to change time date and arrival time went blank. Its almost as if the text colour was changed to white. Buttons still works but you have to guess where they are. Just a hint. When the box pops up blank visualise 4 squares inside a bigger square touch in the middle of those boxes to activate the invinsible time shedule.

Glorified schedule

This app is great and does what's its supposed to but people might like to see selected route times on their smart watch instead of taking their phone out if they have their hands full. I'll rate 5 stars if this becomes compatible with android wear. If you decide to do this make it for both round and square screens to maximize compatibility. A Google glass app would be cool too outside the play store development but not necessary!

Widget is basic but app is phenomenal: does what you 'd expect.

Please fix this problem. With the new update you put forth, the app have been crashing upon start up. As a Brock University student, and no car. I heavily depend on this app to get to where I want to go. Thank you.
