Wish I could give no stars. Absolutely terrible with no backup on their website. Nothing works well and the map completely refuses to load. No work around or place to find it online, and no physical programme​ available at the event. This is getting worse and worse each year, 2 years ago had a good physical programme. Last year had a programme​ but the map only had stall numbers not who was where. This year literally no way to get a map of the event to find where each company is.

You've hidden/removed the timetable from your website, directing me to the app instead. So I install it on android to find that it doesn't work. I see a white screen when it opens, then it hangs. How did this get through QA? All a tester would have to do in order to realise that it's not working is try to run the app on android... I wouldn't even be mad if you just made the map etc easy to find/available on your website.

Simple, it DOESNT WORK! The map doesnt load and the info isnt provided on the website. I paid £50 for two VIP tickets, and am forced to use an app that doesnt wotk with no alternatives. Please fire the monkey in charge of the floorplan on the app, and fire the moron leading the decision to take the map off the website.

Map didn't work. Nothing loads and when it does it's really slow. Would be nice if there was a feature where you can type the name of exhibitors then the app pans and zooms to where it is on the map. Waste of space on my phone.

Wasn't useful at all. Wanted to see what was where, and didn't help. Couldn't see any clear indication of where stands were ????

Why do I have to download an app just to get the timetable for an event I've paid for? Utterly absurd. Worse than that though, you then expect people to download each individual timetable, which pushes you out of the app, and grabs an overladen PDF that renders slowly even on a decent device. Trying to go through all the different features of the Expo was like pulling teeth - download next file, bounce out of app, render slowly, scroll through, go back to app, rinse and repeat. Who on earth ticked that off as OK during the production cycle? Seriously, fire some people, you'll be better off for it. Like literally everyone who said this was an OK feature, they do not understand technology. Why even do it as a PDF? Have a live table kept up to date in a database - any changes, voila, people will see them when they look at their phone, as opposed to going to the PDFs that they've been forced to download by your idiotic app. ***BONUS TIP*** You could even have that data live on your website, so you don't need to download an app to see when things are on. Such is the wonder of the internet....

Incompetent morons that force you to download an app for a map and schedule of events for the arena yet the app doesnt even work!!! Unforgiveable in this day and age

It will not let me log in with my website login details. And I cannot create a new account either. Come on sort it out as it's bad publicity with an app that doesn't work.
