Seamless Time is designed for businesses that pay their employees for their actual work time. The target audience includes tax professionals, consultants, retail service shops, lawyers, IT support companies, medical personnel, construction workers, and other organizations that need accurate time spent on a certain location/project for assignments, invoicing and payroll purposes, especially when the punch clock solutions do now work out for them due to the limitations of old legacy technology and other factors. Seamless Time uses Bluetooth Low Energy proximity beacons to detect employees entering and leaving the office for automatic work hours tracking. Unlike legacy punch clocks used to manually register the employee check-in and check-out times, Seamless Time works from within the employee’s Smartphone to guarantee precise detection of check-in and check-out times using the iBeacon located on site.
