About THETA+
THETA+ is an app that allows you to easily edit the spherical images shot with RICOH THETA. It enables cropping, switching the view mode, changing the color tone, and other editing operations, and the edited images can be shared easily by posting to social networks such as Instagram or Facebook.
- Filters
Select one of ten types of filter to change the color tone of the spherical image.
-Image correction
Images (exposure, contrast, color temperature, shadow, highlight, brightness and saturation) can be corrected.
- Views
The view mode of spherical images can be selected. You can choose from four types of view (mirror ball, little planet, equirectangular, and rectilinear), including the little planet mode in which captured images are reproduced as small planet shapes floating in space.
- Crop
Captured spherical images can be cropped to the desired size.
-Stamps
You can now paste stamps wherever you like on images.
-Text
You can now enter text wherever you like on images.
- Posting
Images can be posted to external apps such as Instagram or Facebook.
- Creating time-lapse videos
Time-lapse videos in which multiple spherical images are taken at fixed intervals and then combined into a movie file can be created. The created time-lapse videos can be viewed as spherical videos in the "RICOH THETA" app.

This app used to work great but since the update in July its been reduced to garbage! I use an S7 so an up to date phone but all my 360 images when loaded into this app since the update are all horribly pixelated and all detail is lost, my little planet images used to look awsome but now they look garbage, and even more annoyingly you cant go back to previous versions of the app!!! So its too late for me but if your given the option DO NOT UPDATE THIS APP! its ruins it!!!

Creates excellent "tiny planet" pictures from 360 snaps of different brand camera. I can only wish my cam's app can generate similar high quality images as Ricoh. Great app!

OK for basic edits, but the text and stamp functions are not available for the photo sphere mode, which limits the usefulness a lot! It would be great to be able to black out the floor of a sphere, for example. Not being able to annotate a sphere is a real failure, though.

Needs to provide roll control to be really useful. If the panorama is not exactly pointed apogee-up, it is impossible to generate views that don't have a tilted horizon. Absolutely critical feature for this to be more than a toy.

After editing, the picture resolution is really really terrible. Which defeats the purpose of 'beautifying' the picture in the first place. And the text box is so small. When I type 1 word with nine alphabets, it got break up into 2 lines instead. Nevertheless, the app works properly on my Samsung S6.

Interface is easy to use but exported image quality is unacceptable. The image quality is Ok when view in Theta S app, but when use theta+ to edit and export, image quality decreased noticeably and lots of pixelate appear on the theta+, while it seems to be Ok when viewing in Theta S (and LG 360 Cam Viewer).

Good quick way to adjust hues and filters, PLEASE make a sharpen slider, that is really the only other thing I would like included for a quality bump.

Used to work wonderfully, but now it wont let me open the photos. Some photos make the screen go black, others say "data is corrupt" while others crash the app.
