I really love this and it works, but I wish I could give it 5 stars but I cannot. The daily video are always the same. I have had the same video delivered 3 times. Also, you cannot seem to save the videos of the topics you look up. With all that, I feel this app is very useful and I am referring to it every day. I got a surprising result when I applied a technique for my migraine Monday. It went so quickly and I took no drugs.
