App is long overdue for an update. Very annoying to have to key in email every time I sign in. Interface is dated and lacks functionality

This app is waste of time. I registered and it says email sent for verification but I never received any email. Tried multiple times already.

We could still earn points by providing our mobile numbers at Cashier. Good to have prices indicated for some popular items, so that we could accumulate enough points to redeem them (:

Keep prompting for wrong email and password signed in.

Takes forever to send me the email to reset my password. Feels like it's still operating on the old paradigm of "allow 3 working days to process your request"...

Would be better if I didnt have to sign in everytime i go into the app.

App suddenly cannot open, keep crashing. Had to reinstall but it works fine now

I'll like it better if it does not require me to sign in every time I want to use the app. Imagine the cashier or the person queuing behind has to wait for you (patiently or impatiently ) to log in. It's worse if you didn't manage to key in the right password. It's supposed to make it more convenient as compared to bringing the physical card around, but like this I rather use the card, faster.

Once I close the app and reopen, it asks me to sign in! This behaviour didn't exist in the iPhone app version

Wrong membership card number when log into the app. However when log into the website with the same id and password, the membership card number is correct.

What happened to the app? It took five whole minutes to launch! And now I can't sign in? Get your act together!

I have to keep signing in every time I open the app, would be good to have an auto login implemented

Was still using the app fine a few weeks ago. Just logged in and realised my current profile has the wrong membership card number and my points are all gone

Why do you sign me out if I "quit"? I want my account to always remain signed in no matter what I do unless I choose to sign out through Settings. Why do you even have a "quit" function?! The back button should do just that - go back. A smartphone is not a PC so *quit* treating it like one. Why are you cloning your iPhone app? A smartphone is not always an iPhone so stop treating like only iPhones matter. Please overhaul the app with proper Android design guidelines.

This app is an eye sore to use. I am generally fine with apps that were adapted from iOS as long as they work and look good, but this design would look equally crappy on an iPhone.

Please make email a non-case sensitive field

On an Android phone, there isn't a need for a back button on the screen itself. The back button on our phones asks us if we want to quit instead... Please don't re-use iPhone user interface. It is terribly awkward on an Android. Thank you :)

I have reset my password a couple of times and I am able to log in online, but I can't get it done over the app! Whats the point of installing the app when this doesn't even work properly?!!!

After waiting for so long, we're presented with an ugly port with outdated design and confusing UI? Does not even make use of simple navigation guidelines nor awesome features like NFC. The only one redeeming factor is that it works, if you can get over the app totally ignoring user experience and Android design guidelines.

Don't understand some developers who rant as if that proves that proves himself superior.

What's the point of the ecard when it can't be scanned using the barcode?
